The night shift manager was extremely rude to me because his cashier dropped my credit card in the donation box on a Saturday night & wouldn’t get it and the manager told me to wait until Monday after I told him I needed it not only to purchase our food but I was heading out of town the following Monday .. , so after being told there’s nothing he can do & continually to be dismissive towards and disrespected. My partner got upset. He told my partner he will call the police on him if he touched a donation box, and the whole situation escalated even higher all because the manager would not attempt to try to get my credit card out of the donation box I highly recommend not to go to this McDonald’s. Been treated as a criminal win the situation wasn’t your fault. Highly blows my mind. Oh don’t let me forget to add that my meal still purchased by us because the manager couldn’t even be courteous to Comp meal, or to apologize about the fact, gave me a cold chicken sandwich with one pickle & in a crumble up bag and told me to have a nice day once again we were treated like the worst people in the world

This location has consistently gotten my order wrong many times over, and offered free meals as an apology, and the only time I accepted the offer, they got the order wrong again. Waited a couple weeks before reviewing. If you’re fine with getting something other than what you ordered, then it’s pretty typical mcdonalds and tastes as expected.

Only 3 customers in drive through. Ordered a big Mac meal large with coke and a 2 cheeseburger meal large with diet. Got to the window and the kid gave me 2 small drinks and did not know which one was diet. I explained that I ordered large meals and that I needed to know which was the diet as my wife diabetic. He tool the lid off and smelled it and handed back to me. Nevermind the fact that I told him it needed to be large. Does anyone listen there? Very disorganized and I never got my receipt either. Disgusting!
