I guess I received the spiteful burger. I guess they don’t like when you order modifications. Nothing like paying extra and not getting the correct order covered in ketchup. How do you say no pickle and add pickle on the same slip lol.

I come here frequently when I’m in the area for work. Normally is a mixed experience, but tonight was one of the most frustrating visits I’ve had. It was busy, drive through was backed up. When getting to order my food, the worker was super rude. Started the conversation as “what do you want”. The most she said after that was “what to drink” and “pull up to the window”. It made me feel disrespected as I’ve never been spoken to like that at a drive through before. I understand it’s busy but it’s very unprofessional the way she was talking and her tone. Nobody should be treated like that.
During the process of getting my meal, everyone else was more respectful. I was asked what my meal was several times, and had to wait about 10ish minutes to finally get my food. I ordered a Big Mac meal and I left with a completely different burger. Wasn’t aware until after leaving. I had to wait extra long for my food, and I never received what I ordered. I believe the burger I was given was even cheaper than what I paid for.
Everyone has their busy and off days, but even if it’s busy it’s utterly important to ensure the meals served are to the correct person especially if they are waiting longer due to rush.
Overall, I normally enjoy going to this location, but this incident is giving me mixed feelings on whether I’ll be returning back soon.

I would give zero stars if possible. Service is consistently terrible. Orders are always wrong. Ive boycotted this McDonald’s but kids in the back seat are the reason I continue to go back. Last Friday was no exception. I got so frustrated with the drive thru not understanding the 3 things I wanted so I left the drive through and was going to go somewhere else till my wife said she would go in…. I wouldn’t spend money here if it weren’t for the kids… you should take your money elsewhere aswell or prepare to be underwhelmed and disappointed…

I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve never had a bad experience….. until tonight. They somehow missed a whole meal and a extra burger and Large Fry. When I called asking for a refund or maybe some coupons/credit they said they couldn’t do that only could possibly give me new food if I drove back 25 minutes to pick it up. I don’t usually do stuff like this but it’s appalling.

DOUBLE means TWO patties. This McDonalds will consistently not give you your entire order causing you to pay more for less. Is it on purpose? The few workers I have dealt with were nice. Food was warm and fries were salty.

The food is McDonald’s so it is what it is. But I used the drive through on a very busy Sunday morning. The line was fast and efficient, it took less than ten minutes after I orderd to get my food. My food was still hot when I got home. The employees were friendly and helpful. The food at McDonald’s is always the same, it’s the employees that make the food and experience better. The Elk River MN McDonald’s delivers on both.

I stopped in to the new McDonald’s to order a quarter pounder with cheese. Got home with the food and took one bite of the burger and had to bring it back because it was still pink! So I called and let them know I was bringing it back. They made me a new one that was “well done”. I should’ve checked it before I got home with it. ♀️ I figured if it’s “well done” then there really shouldn’t be any pink. Nope! Still pink! I think yall need to change your timers or something before people get sick. I ended up just throwing it away! Waste of time going back again. I’m just going to stay away from this location.

Had to correct the drive thru order twice, was told to pull forward and wait for our food, and after sitting for 15+ minutes we had to park and ask what was going on with our food. The workers piled it together and plopped the bag on the counter (picture included). No apology, no customer service during Saturday breakfast service.
