I can honestly drive four blocks away and have a huge burger and fries basket (Lynn’s Garden)with drink at a sit-down restaurant for less than I can get two value menu cheeseburgers and a coffee. Mcdonald’s has now gotten to the point where there really isn’t any value to be had. All they have left is a horrible dining experience with subpar food. Culver’s has much better quality food for the exact same price and they’re only two blocks away. Corporate if you’re listening are you trying to become the next Subway?

The crew is mostly attentive, let’s face it they’re kids! But I’m disappointed that ownership just constantly keeps raising prices. I know everyone is, but it’s greed plain and simple. And it’s not once a year, it’s often. Too often. McDonald’s is an American classic and I love them. It was also my first job way back when. But I just can’t respect raising prices simply because everyone else is.

Got the $5 breakfast sandwich, hashbrown and drink. At the drive thru order kiosk i said i wanted the $5 breakfast deal. The attendant said what do you want to drink with that? I said “what can i get”? She said coffee or a soft drink. I said i will take a coke with that . Got to the pay window and she said $6.01. I said i thought the deal was $5 and i assumed the tax to be around 40 cents or so. To my surprise she upcharged me for the coke. I know this is not a huge deal but never the less i was pissed. Just another scam from McDonalds!

Decided to grab some food on the way home and used the app. Ordered 3 McChickens add American Cheese. Got our receipt and our bag of food, checked and saw we had 3 sandwiches. Get home and open up our McChickens to find no cheese added, but instead Big Mac Sauce, even though our receipt AND the label on the sandwiches says American Cheese. Luckily my family isn’t super picky, but very disappointed when we expected cheese and it wasn’t there. How does it happen where a receipt shows Add American Cheese AND the label on the sandwich wrapper saying American cheese but there is none? There have been a handful of other experiences at this location that have been uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. To keep those situations brief; waiting on McChicken sandwiches and jokes being made like “Two McChickens or are you too chicken?” and multiple occasions of the same employee holding food bags out of the second window before my car is even close to the window and unable to stop to grab the bag, and the bag hitting my side mirrors from the bag of food being held out so far and feeling rushed. The employees arm was reached out backwards towards my car just to shove it into my hands, with no line behind me. Very uncomfortable and not a pleasant experience. Very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with my visit. The robot menu board needs a lot of kinks worked out to make it more easily understandable and user friendly. I ordered a no-bun option for my burger, but added all the extra charge veggies. For burgers which are supposed to be cooked fresh at the time you order, mine was clearly not, and looked more like a rewarmed pattie from the dollar menu instead. The tomatoe was so thin it was barely visible. The lettuce was wilted and there was barely any there at all. This was all pointed out to staff, who simply apologized, turned their backs and carried on. Even my wife’s chicken nuggets were quite bad, and tasted like cardboard, probably from being sitting for a at least an hour or two before being warmed up to give to her; they certainly were not freshly cooked, either. The coffee machine was broken, as well. Both my wife and commented we could easily understand why this McDonald’s was completely empty at the height of what should be the supper rush. We will NOT visit this location again. If I could give a 0⭐ rating I would. Completely disappointed!

Paid and ordered online 10 min ahead before they close got in line behind people who were ordering food still and got told “sorry we’re closed” even tho I paid before them.

Horrible. I placed a mobile order leaving the grocery store because I noticed that the drive through was empty. I had to wait at the speaker for anyone to take my order. At the window, I was told I’d need to wait another 2 minutes and instructed to pull ahead. It took 6 minutes to get my order: 1 QP Deluxe. When the order finally came out, it came out with the order of the person behind me in line. That means that delivery of my mobile order was delayed until the order of the person behind me was complete. The sandwich wasn’t even hot. Horrible.
