Went for Breakfast this morning not only did they forget my hash browns but also food was terrible! The picture show how my burrito looked once I opened it!! This McDonald’s has been going down hill for awhile now.

We live near this McDonalds and visit it a couple times a month. The people are nice, but the ALMOST NEVER get our order right. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered two Egg McMuffins with one of those a “ special “ (no cheese and substitute bacon for the ham). I got home with the order only to find they had made BOTH of them with the bacon and no cheese. My bad for not checking the order before leaving. You’d think I’d learn not to give them the benefit of the doubt.

The Fries are always pale, floppy and soggy. It never used to be this way. In my opinion, it’s about trying to meet a service time quota from the franchise owners. The Burgers are also very chewy in my experience over the last handful of months. I used to eat at McDonald’s all the time, but it’s pretty bad now (In my opinion).

You got me ordered breakfast 10 minutes before 10:30 when they stop serving their line had four cars in it and it took about another 10 minutes from when we got there to wait. We got to the window at 10:34 and they denied to serve breakfast and then proceeded to tell us
“well if you didn’t wait in the line and you would’ve came in store we could’ve served it for you but because you were waiting in our line we are no longer gonna serve it for you And you will have to pay again if you want anything the app will issue a refund on its own”

My boyfriend and I were here this morning (ironically, there is a 1-star review someone else left around the time we were there, too).
It was busy and the wait time was long (for fast-food). The drive-thru had several cars in it and about a dozen people were waiting for food when we walked in.
Fast food is never going to be perfect, top-notch service but the staff here were clearly working hard and doing their best. The manager (at least, I think she was the manager) saw us waiting, told us our food would be right out, and it was! She was very nice and definitely seemed great at her job.

I ordered a small coffee and a big Mac. The big mag is dry. They didn’t put any sauce on it and I can barely chew it because the bun is so hard so sick of paying good money for food.

I got a crispy chicken sandwich. It was really good aside from the bread kinda funny tasting. The service was fast and good. My only issue is a sign promoting a free cookie for dining but you had to get a survey do it.

Food was fine but the staff are incredibly disrespectful, especially the store manager Fili, every single time I’ve had an interaction with her she has done nothing but give me attitude and blame me for system issues on their end. I place my orders using the app for myself and my kids and there have been multiple times where she just straight up refused to process my order when I got there to pick it up
