The staff, including managers at this McDonald’s are awful! To everyone, not just me. No manners, no please, no thank you.
The drive thru cashier was upset I didn’t have 2 pennies so she had to count out my change which clearly upset her. Pull up to the second window and asked to speak to a manager this time. Huge mistake! Didn’t bother to listen to her employee who was trying to explain the situation but yelled at her instead, then looked at me and said “yea what”.
I simply said ” a please and thank you go along way”. Then of course got parked.
I can’t believe how people treat others at this location. I feel terrible for that employee that was elderly who got yelled at for no reason.
Every time we go here, there’s an issue. Between ALWAYS being parked, completely wrong food, and terrible attitudes, this place needs to SHUT down.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never leave reviews, but third time without a large piece of my order missing, I felt like I had to. I never would have ordered McDelivery before I was home with a newborn. This time, my fries for 2 meals were missing and I really dont want to pay another delivery fee for them. Horrible service for their delivery items and if I knew it would be this way EVERY time, I would just take the time to load up the baby and get the correct order.

We ordered on the app and paid and when providing our code were told they were out of an item we ordered. The window was uncertain of how to make sure we would get refunded when another worker came to the window and was immediately rude to us. I requested to have our entire order cancelled, she rolled her eyes at us, called us rude, cut us off, claimed she cancelled the order, but the receipt still showed we paid the taxes. So ultimely she refunded us incorrectly. Watch our for Alex at the Buffalo McDonald’s. I know we won’t be back anytime soon.

Alex is the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. My family tried ordering on the app and they were out of some items, even though the app let us order. We tried getting a replacement but dealing with Alex made it impossible. She was rude and argumentative and when we finally decided to cancel our we still got charged for tax. Avoid this location.

Always great service and friendly staff.
Still some of the same issues as any other location: machine maintenance problems, app lag, busy time = pull forward for the most fresh food… and I am perfectly fine with that. It is much better than the alternative option of being served old food.
They are still doing great work.
Order errors are few and far between for us.
I have only used the drive thru at this location and only in conjunction with the mobile app. I cannot comment on direct order or going inside the establishment.
Parking is always available and the lot is always tidy.
