One of the worst locations. The bagels are either stale or burnt black. The fries are never good. They regularly forget major things like the bacon on a bacon cheeseburger and the chicken patty on a mccrispy. What I want to know is how you can look at a burnt black bun with no chicken patty, close the empty buns, and send that out to a paying customer.

The worst. Go to any other location.10 minutes in the drive through with no one in front of me and 4 people passing in the close lane is crazy work. Had my pizza ready at punch before I was able to even leave with no communication.

Unwilling to help with me buying happy meals and collecting the toys. I was willing to buy all the happy meals (7 meals) needed for the toys but the lead/manager woman was mean and unwilling to have the cashier to look at the numbers for no repeats like other McDonald’s location. Bad service. I won’t be coming to this location again. Your business is worth it more to Go to a different location that is willing to help. Note that this was not during a busy time and another person shared he was at a different location and they helped the ladies find all 7 toys!

Lobby closed because of ICE enforcement. This is now the second mcdonalds doing this. wrong to shut your doors over politics I will not return until they open doors.

If I could give zero stars I would… the fries were either over cooked or fried twice, and the burger was smothered in grease like the beef was deep fried or something… I’ve never been so disappointed with a McDonald’s as I am now

Food would have been better if it was hot. Service was slow with no one at the front most of the time. Facilities were clean however. I’ve been extremely disappointed with employees hiding in the back and lack of customer care since self-service kiosks have been widely installed. Food has been lacking the “fast” and hot factor that you’d expect from a McDonalds.
