I ordered a Big Arch through the McDonald’s app and asked to add bacon, which I was charged $2.39 for. When I checked the burger, it didn’t have the bacon I paid for, and it also had tomato, even though the Big Arch is not supposed to come with tomato.

Just terrible. I went there twice this week to get the shamrock shake and both times they made it very disgusting. It didn’t look like a shake and was very watery and super dark green. If you’re hoping to get a tasty shamrock shake, I suggest getting it at a different location.

Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The staff was completely unprofessional — rude, inattentive, and clearly not interested in doing their jobs. Our food was thrown together with zero care. Everything looked and tasted disgusting: cold fries, sloppy burgers, and wrong size drink. When we pointed out that our order was wrong, they acted like it was our fault and refused to fix it. No apology, no effort to make it right. If you’re looking for fast food done right, I suggest you skip this location altogether. Total disappointment.

Hannah knows the word ” unfortunately ” and that’s the one word she uses to compensate for poor customer service over and over. This is the last time I will be shorted from this specific McDonald’s. Un fortunately , I will take my time to out names and leave this review when your establishment is truly this disrespectful to it’s customers. I have never received one apology. UNFORTUNATELY. Do better , make things more fortunate for your customers . I never get this disgusted over somwthing like petty fast food , but she sat there in my face and kept saying ” unfortunately ” without hearing that I had the card he ordered with,the name on the order and simply wanted his small fry and reward nugget replaced. She continued to speak over me disrespectfully. I never write reviews hardly but this was too much Hannah, it was an unfortunate interaction.

Ordered through the drive through. The worker talked extremely quietly and did not seem to be paying attention when I asked questions. The fries were packed in the container very poorly and so when I went to grab them out I had to quickly try to reposition them so they wouldn’t fall out. The fries must have just been fried because in the process of trying to not have all the fries fall out they burned my hand. A warning would have been nice to have. I ended up losing about a 3rd of the fries to the floor of my car due to the poor packing and my inability to continue scooping scorching hot fries back into the container. My burger was marked as having extra ketchup but definitely only had a regular amount inside. I will be trying to avoid this McDonald’s from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The latina manager here is so rude she will definitely be working here for the rest of her life. I tried telling her that someone had switched the coke and the diet coke syrup (very politely) because someone literally did!!! and she just goes “no” but I went back and got a diet coke 2 times for it just to be a regular coke that I can’t even drink… She doesn’t care. Anytime I call there they just hang up on me. I literally don’t care what her situation is, she needs to treat people nicer. That’s just disgusting. Everyone here is so so sweet. I DO NOT KNOW HOW SHE GOT THE MANAGER POSITION!!!! Most crew members there would do so much of a better job

I ordered some 10 piece nuggets with fries. They had obviously had to be sitting around for a while. They tasted old, and I didn’t even want to finish my meal. Fries taste stale. Nuggets were so dry. The worst McDonald’s I ever ate at. I definitely won’t be eating here again.

Pathetic customer service and very dirty environment. Waited 40 mins for our order for 6 people. It had been sitting in the door dash area for 30 of those minutes. Luis was only willing to give 1 free value meal for the trouble we had to go through to notify them we’re still waiting for our order. How does 1 value meal compensate for meals for 6 people who waited? I gave them stern words about not caring how their workers function. Don’t come and waste your time, they don’t care how they’ve offended you. Watch how they respond by saying “we’d like to look into this further”,but actually do nothing to change the customer service, professionalism, or cleanliness.
