December 2 2025 at 1:02 pm. Burgers so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted and so nasty my dog wouldn’t touch it. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers plan. One for me and one for my dog. They were so bad the dog wouldn’t touch his. He literally pushed it on the floor, snorted, and looked at me. Like, I ain’t eating that. It doesn’t even smell good.

Fries are fresh only when they are busy during lunch, customer service is horribleeee need to be more diverse and found a piece of plastic in my breakfast sandwich never been back since! Fridley location by Krispy Kreme is better always have fresh fries.

Mcdonalds is usually the only place open to get breakfast on my way to work, so I eat it fairly often when I have the time to stop. This was hands down the best Mcdonalds breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a while. I ordered on the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. I got a sausage, egg & cheese mcmuffin and tried the new Chips Ahoy frappe. Service was quick and friendly. They had me pull forward and park to wait for my frappe, but I only waited 1 to maybe 2 minutes before they brought it out. My food and drink were both excellent. My sandwich was so good, everything cooked perfectly and assembled with care. At different locations I’ve had the wrong order, overcooked round eggs, weird dry sausage, or a sandwich assembled so lopsided it’s nearly impossible to eat in the car. Everything here was perfect and I will definitely come back to this location.

I placed a mobile order through the app for this location, when I went to pick it up, I was told they “could not pull down my order”. I asked what that meant, they Said they couldn’t give me my order. I told them the money was already taken from my account! They world not refund my money. I contacted corporate through the app, they said I had to contact the store. No one was willing to refund my order that I never got. It was not much money, but it’s still wrong!!!

They had me waiting on drive thru 3rd window for my fries & small lemonade for 10 minutes before I park my vehicle and went in to see what’s taking so long. Got my fries and lemonade. On the way home I realized I was missing one large fries. Decided not to increase my stress level and gave up losing a large frie and $5. Life moves on. Imagine if this is common practice how much would mcdonalds make from stealing from customers?

Middle of the road McDonald’s, with the half a dozen times I have been to this McDonald’s I can say the drive through is typically slower than your average McDonald’s experience but it’s your same typical food. As a plus though it’s always been hot and I haven’t had any mix ups with what I ordered vs what I got.

I totally understand that mistakes happen and sometimes items get missed. What I dont understand is when a corporation as big as McDonald’s makes a customer jump through hoops to get a $2.00 refund. Why should I have to waste my time and gas to go back to the store and go inside to fix their mistake?! Its bad enough I have to waste my time contacting customer service in the first place!!
This has happened to me at Burger King before…Their customer service got back to me within hours and immediately compensated me with points enough to cover my missed item plus 500 bonus points for the inconvenience I incurred. That is a company that actually cares about their customers…unlike McDonald’s!
