I placed an app order for counter pickup and stood at the counter the entire time. After 14 minutes with no orders coming out at all, I asked an employee to check on my order. I was told they “didn’t receive it.” I then showed my confirmation email with the correct location and timestamp.
Instead of helping, the employee said the order looked “fishy” and implied I was trying to scam them. She then claimed the order had already been given to “the right person.” When I calmly asked how she knew it was the right person, she couldn’t answer. She then said someone probably took it and that “it happens all the time,” yet still refused to remake my meal.
I remained pleasant the entire time. After another 10 minutes of unnecessary back-and-forth, nearly 24 minutes after ordering, a manager was finally involved. Only then did they agree to remake the order. That replacement took an additional 15 minutes.
So yes — almost 40 minutes total for a $5 meal that I had proof I paid for.
To make it worse, about 8 minutes after I placed my original order, another order was placed on my account at a completely different location nowhere near me. I did not place or authorize that order. Yet somehow I was the one accused of scamming.
Someone is scamming somebody at this location and it isn’t me. Either food is being handed out improperly, orders are being taken and denied, or account/payment information is being misused. Pay attention: your food can be taken, denied, and your card information can be used elsewhere.
Meanwhile, employees in the back were moving slowly, singing, and acting completely nonchalant, with no urgency or concern for customers waiting.

She felt upset and angry because a girl at the drive thru was being extremely rude to her. And the same worker had a group of friends come through the second drive thru and the worker and her friends were making fun of her, as she could hear them over the speaker box.
Totally uncool. Do better. Treat everyone with kindness.
I let the manager know this and his response was “that’s weird.” Nothing about let me look into this, or let me follow up with you”
Now today, (12-15) my wife went there went through the drive-through. They told her she already paid, she told them no I didn’t, they called an Asian lady up to the window
who rung her up a second time, took her money and refused to give her her change .
My wife asked two times for her change. The other employee was also telling The Asian gal that she needs to give her her change. The Asian gal kept telling her “ No, you need to go.” Finally, my wife said keep the money and left
This place has gotten so bad. I don’t think I will go here anymore. There are plenty of other McDonald’s nearby or in Stillwater.
How can anyone support a business when they refuse to give you your change, granted it was only $.22 but it got to the point where it was principle In the fact that the employee flat out refused to give a customer their change
