Came on a Sunday morning before breakfast ended. The team greeted me as I walked in with my kids. We used the kiosk with no issue and went to the play area. We were really excited to see the play area. I really hate that McDonald’s has been phasing these out, they’re so nice for long travels or cold days. This play area was clean and well kept. The bathroom in the play area had a changing table and was clean.
The team brought our food and drink to the table in a timely manner. Everything was what we ordered.

Slowest McDonald’s there is. Was told to pull around to wait even though there were no people behind then waited another 12 minutes. The associate brought out food that I thought was mine, (it was) and Gigi said it wasn’t. Then went to other cars for a few more minutes and they ask said it wasn’t theirs. Then went back inside for a bit then came back with the EXACT same order I said was mine. Didn’t even apologize. Spoke with the store manager Christian and did offer me a food voucher or some food, which i do appreciate, but declined. Get the orders correct and out in a timely manner.

I’ve gone to a lot of McDonald’s but this McDonald’s was pretty fantastic. I came and I got breakfast and I felt that the breakfast sandwich that I ordered was made fresh. It was hot. The cheese was melted. It was so perfect that I came back 30 minutes later. I wish I lived closer to this McDonald’s because the one that is in my neighborhood the food is never hot. It’s pretty much very warm, but this McDonald’s the food I felt was very fresh. The muffin was soft. It wasn’t crispy or anything like that. The sausage was hot. The cheese has melted okay. I am a very happy satisfied customer

Got three smoothies and only one out of the three was filled all the way, then they proceeded to tell me to go wait in a reserved drive thru spot and took over 10 minutes to fill up the rest of the smoothies to the top.

After today’s visit to McDonald’s, I had to remove the rest of my stars. Nothing has changed and the food is still disgusting which leads me to believe nothing will ever get better. The cheeseburger was flat cold and disgusting and filled with a gallon of ketchup. I do not want the free hamburger. I just threw it out the window. Absolutely disgusting no quality behind the work and it was not even busy. One of these days I am going to print this picture of this disgusting cheeseburger and hang it on your drive-through over the picture of the cheeseburger you claim to serve and show what’s really going on.

Thanks. I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes to get cold food and barely carbonated watery Coca-Cola.
There is another McDonald’s a mile away that is much better. It is a farther drive but it’ll still take less time than waiting for this place.

This is the nicest McDonald’s I’ve been to! The whole place was clean (even the playland) and the food was beyond fresh. It’s hard to find a McDonald’s with playlands nowadays and I really appreciated having a place to take my daughter on a cold day. I’ll definitely be back.
