Management is incredibly rude and unwilling to resolve basic problems with an easy solution. If you want to eat somewhere where you’ll be told you’ll be helped by one manager, then another manager yells at you, rolls their eyes at you, and argues with you–this the place for you. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. That manager has no business working in a public facing field and should be fired. I’ll be driving further away to another location just to avoid this place. Oh, and the resolution that the first manager promised never happened, and I left without food. The level of incompetence and disrespect is unreal.

The in and out from Cahill is terrible due to the proximity to the stop sign. The parking lot is narrow so you’re backing into the drive thru line.
I had to walk in to the store to get curb side order because they didn’t bring it out and the food was cold

My mother who can’t walk asked my little sister to go in a get a bag of ice. She was waiting to be helped but there was a blonde girl Sophia laughing with two employees with dark hair laughing at my sister making fun of her and saying that she’s not allowed to order. I called and told the manager and all he said was no one bought ice… yeah because they told my little sister no and he said he’ll check the cameras later but didn’t seem to care

The kiosk was easy to use. The restaurant was clean and guiet. The bathrooms were clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. I will return.

Updating my review after remodel. Ate there inside with my kiddos today and was very impressed with the new and improved efficiency McDonald’s, and it even seems the service has improved. Was very clean, and as a parent of two toddlers, liked that the food was brought to our table after ordering at the kiosk.

I order from this place so many times and if it’s after 11pm, you can bet something is going to go wrong. I’ve had them lose my orders in their system, lie to me about filling my order with a door dasher who never delivered (implying that door dasher with over 100 deliveries decided to throw their streak away stealing McDonald’s), and won’t pick up the phone even for DD to get some answers. I’ve had more orders cancelled from this location than all other DD orders I’ve ordered combined. I would have given 0 stars if I could have. Woodbury will get my business from now on. Oh and they’re cheaper anyway.

The receipt did not come out when I ordered one of the workers in the back came to help and was extremely helpful and then when one of the hamburgers was not cooked thru they got us a new one and brought it out to us and we’re extremely friendly and helpful

Want to give Pam a shout out for her excellent customer service in the drive through! She was warm, kind, and welcoming which really can make a difference in someone’s day. This particular McDonald’s has always has been the most consistent in offering good food and quality service.
