Went through the drive through for lunch. We had a pretty large order so we checked before leaving the lot. They forgot a cheese burger and a fry, I went back. I dont usually leave a 5 star review for forgotten food but, the young lady at the counter was so understanding, so apologetic and took great care of us! I wish I would’ve got her name to give proper credit here.

Worst McDonald’s service in town.
Drive through, never works properly. They leave you sitting for ten minutes waiting to order at OneDrive through. While the other one serves ten people in a row. And don’t waste your time doing an online order. They’ll still make you pull up and wait in a spot for them to bring out your food. McDonald’s sure has gone downhill it used to be fast and friendly.Now it’s slow and rude

You can’t beat their $5 meals! Fast food prices are insanely high now if it wasn’t for the $5 meals we wouldn’t be able to afford taking the entire family for a quick easy meal.

We got the triple cheeseburger meals there was no onions on it the fries were cold and really no salt and the cheeseburgers look like my 5 year old nephew put them together, in reality he could have been better at it. You can really tell the day shift and the night shift when the young would rather be on there phones then help the people. They have disrespect and you can also tell no manager in the store. I had to put a star if I didn’t I wouldn’t have.

Every time in go their , probably 10 times a month fish and shake machine is broken , pay more money for smaller hamburgers if it is hamburger? The food has gotten worse over the years , I have been going their since I was a kid i am 70 now it has gone down hill big time , don’t know if I will ever go back . Just disgraceful and disgusting

ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE! No mobile ordering. The food is put together like their throwing it from a distance. You better eat there cause it will be cold in 3 minutes, and it looks like they save a lot of money shorting you on fries. Better of stopping in Cambridge or Andover.
