Never again will I order here. It was busy and that I understand but doesn’t mean you should ignore me and have me stand in there for 25-30 minutes just to not get the food I ordered. I ordered online to pickup because I thought it would be faster. So I went inside to grab the food. The guy who stands there and seems like he doesn’t do much at all to help me Shawn I was in front of the line for order pickup. Then I ask where the order is after awhile of waiting and then I give out my code and I get told “we have it typed in”. So.. the food wasn’t ready? After all that time?? Also don’t forget to check your bags because I ordered a Double quarter pounder deluxe meal. When I made it home I only got a Quarter pounder. You waste my time, stress and on top of that RIP me off? I wish I could get my money back. Never again will I come back.

Does this look like extra caramel?
The service was good don’t get me wrong but we asked for extra caramel which is usually dripped on the side. We pay for extra caramel but it looks like an ole regular caramel frappe.

food was edible at best. service took forever. what I will say is you don’t mop from restrooms to the dining room. and you don’t just push the mop around. I also don’t want to hear about you showing off your feet in the kitchen. unsanitary and gross. and to the mgr. you’re supposed to set an example. having your hair flailing around everywhere is not ok. oh and when someone orders food to dine in. don’t shove it all in a bag and bring it to them like you are implying that I’m inconvencing you. the belittling condescending attitude says a lot. for the price your food has become. I expect significantly better everything. this was insulting. corporate needs to retrain all of you.

Updating again …. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a large Coke instead I get to the window and he has two McDoubles and a large fry on my order. I asked him the correct it He couldn’t figure out how to correct it and put money back on my card He said it would be fine. I get my order and I didn’t get my coke I got two double cheeseburgers and a large fry that I didn’t want, And it’s not even a large fry It’s like a small fry or children’s little bag fry so I didn’t get the pop I ordered I got up charged for french fries that I didn’t want for a large quantity and didn’t even receive a small wow what a joke. The lady at the window where they hand out the food just looked at me like a deer in the headlights and so I left she didn’t know what to do either….Updating my review… I’ve been back to this location five times in the last 3 months and thrown away my meal four out of five times because it was so dry and cold when I took it out of the bag once I got on the highway that I couldn’t even begin eating the leather. Aug10th 2024 I returned my burger 2 times in store ordering because it was cold and the fries 3x all in about 2 minutes because the workers just don’t give crap about you or quality… Well been over a year since I left my last review decided to try the new double Big Mac extra saucy burger that they’re advertising. Dry super dry I think it had less sauce than a regular Big Mac it could be just the extra meat patties but I have photos here also my box of fries wasn’t even half full The picture doesn’t even reflect how empty the box was cuz after I pick two fries out of the box I could see the bottom it was just a big air pocket in a box that wasn’t even half full. McDonald’s in general your quality has gone way down not that the bar was set high before and your prices are Ridiculous higher than what they should be. Given the quality of your product is poor. Everyone should just go and get a burger at a bar and grill because I can get a sit-down meal in the same amount of time as it takes to go through a line at McDonald’s and get a healthy Real cooked meal for the same or less money

Typical McDonald’s food. Was highly disappointed that they didn’t put a single napkin in the bag for my drive thru order. Eating in the car with greasy food and no napkins is not a fun thing… Do Better drive thru staff…

The food is like every other mcdonald’s! The service us amazing, if you order on the kiosk (?) there is a guy who can help! The vibe in here is amazing! The chairs, exterior, interior, floors, and tables are all neat and super clean!
