Ordered through the app. Had a special dietary request made on one of the burgers where we customized and left items off the burger. Last time we ordered they missed it and we didn’t notice til we got home. This time I asked the lady manager if they got the special request through the app. (This is on one of the $5 meal deals). She said they did not get it through the app. They asked me to go around the building and wait in the designated stalls so they could get the order right. After 10 mins of waiting outside where they told us to go, we went inside to see what the hold up was. We found out they had not made any progress towards correcting our order and we were essentially forgotten. The same manager from the drive through then took me to the counter and asked again what we needed on the burger which I already had told her 2 other times through the drive window 10 mins ago. Ended up leaving since our other food was getting cold and we were now 15 mins past recieving our order to then wait some more. Do better, management.

When I came through drive-thru there were no cars in front of me. Had to wait for about 8 minutes. When I pulled up to the drive-thru there was no cars in front and when I got my order they were going to give me the wrong bag but then they corrected it and then when I pulled away I checked my order. Luckily I didn’t go far and that order was wrong so I had to go through the drive-thru again so they can correct it

Literally had the worst service in my life here. They gave me one of two sandwiches. I showed receipt on phone and they said only paper copy. But first window waves me by. She completely treated me like I’m a lying jerk.

I am so not a person to leave a review, but I’m actually annoyed this time. This location has repeatedly locked its doors before hours multiple times. If you plan on going inside- don’t, the door will be locked. If you’re not going to have your lobby open, just change your hours.

failed to take our order at the speaker, the first window, second or third window. made us go back through the drive through and then we ordered three meals. we received the second and third orders… but they told us they didn’t even bag or make the first meal. then went on to accuse us of having the meal that they didn’t even bag? rude throughout the entire process and didn’t apologize once.

I spoke with Abby the manager today. She did a wonderful job. I mean, she’s outstanding, right. Most of the crew, they always do a great job. They always help. They always always try to resolve your order issues whenever you’re there. The biggest problem I had today, though, when I came in was that I asked for an orange drink, you know, like the old orange drink with the big McDonald, the Ron and McDonald drink, you know, in the big thermos. Well, it’s just, it’s just yeah. Orange high sea now non carbonated, but honestly, no one knew what that was. They tried to charge me for orange juice. They tried to charge me for minute made orange. So I’m just saying, please please, please. You guys gotta know what’s on your menu, please.That would be the only thing I would say.

They won’t do curbside pickup. Last 5 times it hasn’t worked. Nothing is communicated about this, I just sit there for 20 or so minutes then go up to the drive through and get it there, cold and dry. This keeps happening. They just quietly mark it as an order for “collection” to artificially boost their order turnover rate and I waste my own personal time sitting around in their unlit parking lot. Seeing as they charge more than other McDonald’s in the area, you think they could afford lights.

This location routinely locks their doors early before their dine in hours time. Have gotten attitude from employees working here many times. Go to the other Apple Valley location far better service.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I usually love McDonald’s. All the lettuce/pickles/sauce was literally at the bottom of the box. Fries and buns were almost stale and barely warm. I’ll be taking my business to another location…
