Accia the GM runs a tight ship, she does an incredible job and is the main reason I keep coming back. This is easily the best location I have been to. The service in the morning is top notch. I definitely try to make it a regular stop at least once a week. Accia never lets me down she is doing an amazing job. Definitely recommend stopping by for breakfast! Accia will always make sure you are taken care of.

As you can see on the picture ordered 2-sausage,egg & cheese mcgriddle…NO egg. Received 2-egg & cheese mcgriddle. Did not notice until I was on the rd headed the other direction. Highly disappointed at the mix up.

This is the last time I’m ordering from McDonald’s in cottage Grove almost every time especially at night. My orders are always messed up as you could see in the picture says no pickle they gave me a pickle and no cheese like where is their mind at seriously!?!?

If you like getting sick come here on date night FS FS … been served obviously microwaved “food”, coffee is so inconsistent you have no idea if the proper amount of anything is in it & the temperature is all over its either hotter than the surface of mercury or lukewarm:cold
The frappé’s other various cold brews are the same- 1/2 melted or mixed improperly
The “food” gotten sick from this McDonalds not only myself but also family: co-workers in the area & friends who’ve visited had the same stomach issues especially w/ Mcflurries “most of them are vanilla non mixed, mixtures are so inconsistent and skimpy there’s barely any Oreo/m&h added or
Mixed” as well as only come in 1 size and it’s an awful cardboard cup, McDoubles, McChickens, Turnovers “any flavor” pickles are so disgusting that they resemble plastic texture & taste. The ketchup&Mustard is so inconsistent it is either a Friday night & your moms all over the place or a very very conservative amount of almost non existent, the playland is dirty, would make a great kitchen nightmares episode I’m sure in their kitchens … staff is generally very inconsistent as well, either you get some very polite NPC experience or a really awful rushed half/cooked experience with staff in store & drive-though.
Sadly the only thing that is consistent is I always manage to get really hot fries at a consistent amount … idk if they got Donald Trump back there part time or what but the fry guy should run the place tbh….go fry guy !

Been to this McDonalds a lot. Overall the food and atmosphere are what you would expect from a McDonald’s. The service can be a little slow. Granted this McDonalds is always packed during meal times. They do forget sauces or small details often. Just don’t expect to get all of the small additional things you order or verify. what you get in the drive through before you pull away.

Skip this location all together ! Had a very simple order through the drive through. Just double checked and asked if the honey and pickles and ketsup were in. Young man says yes! I look. None of its in there. So I asked if I could get the sauces. employee behind him hands him one ketsup packet and one honey. I said excuse me can I get a couple I hear the girl say something rude about me and hand him 5 honeys ..he laughed as he handed the. To me and slammed the glass door. Also about 6 kids congregating and took 3 to get more than 1 honey packet.
No thanks. Don’t need the rude be from McDonald’s employee in front of my kids.

This place needs a whole new staff, starting with the management! They get attitudes when you ask for your food to be cooked fresh as if it’s a inconvenience and not mention, the crowd that gathers at the drive thru window when you ask for you food fresh a 2nd and 3rd time. I ask for the corporate number because no customer should have to debate about getting fresh food! The nuggets was rubber and old, the fish was rock hard and no heat what so ever, and let’s talk about the fries that were dipped back in the grease! They were so brown I can’t make the ish up. Like who hired these people, and how do you think you can treat customers any kind of way! The old me wouldn’t have mind going to jail! But the better me call corporate and help those like Joey, and the rest of the staff lose their jobs! Clean this mess up! Just like I stopped going to Dunkin’s and the rest! I take my money where the customer service is a priority! Oh and Keisha the manager should tell her employees to stop throwing her name around like she’s ok with their rudeness, lack of ability to do simple things, and their lack of customer service!

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s today at location. I placed and paid for an order through the McDonald’s app, received my code, and went to the drive-thru. When I gave the employee my code, the manager, Ethan, stepped in and said there was a “glitch” on their end and that the code wouldn’t work. He told me to cancel the order, even though the money was already taken out of my account.
I explained that canceling wasn’t an option for me because I don’t have extra funds available—I just needed the food I already paid for to feed my kids. Instead of helping, the manager became dismissive and told me the issue was my fault for using the deal provided on the app. When I asked again if there was anything he could do, he raised his voice, accused me of being “hot-headed,” and ultimately refused to serve me, telling me to leave the store.
This was humiliating, stressful, and completely unnecessary. I didn’t ask for free food—I paid for my meal and simply wanted what I purchased. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and customer service was unacceptable.
McDonald’s corporate should really look into how customers are being treated at this location. No paying customer should ever be spoken to or dismissed the way I was.

Did drive up. 5 dollar meal( double cheeseburger with extra pickle) mellow yellow. Got to the window to find out that the lady in front of my paid for my meal and got it so had to reorder at window. Then got to the second window for them to not know my order and try to hand me 3 other drinks. Handed the receipt that I had to reorder. Took forever. Ask if there was ketchup or if I could have some. The lady roll her eyes to say yes and shut the window as hard as possible. Got to wait again since no ketchup as she stated and I guess extra pickle at this location means ONE pickle. I won’t be going back! Food was gross and dry and the service and attitude was crazy for something the did wrong.

Stopped in tonight around 530. Super busy and all the employees killed it super friendly and my food was hot and fresh. Great job to everyone working
