The quality of service and food prep is literally like a 6 year old. Everytime in the drive through there’s got to be some kid with an attitude or at the window. Food prep is horrible. How the heck is this store still here? They need a change of management because obviously this manager doesn’t care about their customers.

I placed an order this morning on March 3rd 2026 at 7:37 am for curbside pick up. I received and email and got charged for it but the app glitched. I arrived at the store, decided to go in since the app wasn’t working to get my order and told the manager what was going on. I showed her my email, receipt of payment and that my app showed nothing and she told me repeatedly that there was nothing she could do because they don’t have control over the app. She didn’t try to give me any solution until I got frustrated and told her that she wasn’t trying to help and asked for the number for Human Resources. So I wasn’t given the food I had a receipt for or my money back. The manager was rude and continued repeating that they had nothing to do with app with no intentions to help me get anything figured out. She didn’t try and look for my order using my name or even check to see if any orders came through. I asked for the number for HR and will be reaching out. I think the manager needs to be retrained or trained properly on how to help a customer when they are screwed out of their money and food for the morning.

They have in the last year switched from a ketchup pump to ketchup packets. Hate it! I brought in my family of 4 two adults, two kids all who like ketchup and unless you play for extra they give you 6 ketchup packets. Mcdolands be so for real! Seriously? Six packets may tide over my 5 year old but what about the other 3 people at the table? You can pay for more 10 extra packets per order which a lot of times still isn’t freakin enough. Charge me 30 cents when I dine in to cover the dang cost of the ketchup pump and call it a day. Do not tell me you can’t afford to either give me a reasonable amount of packets for my family of four or bring back the ketchup pumps. Your employees are smart enough to look at the order single burger and a small fry 5 packets. Two burgers, two medium fries and two kids meals 15 packets minimum but I 20 would be better. Bare minimum raise the max number of ketchup packets per order from 10 to 20. Crazy thing is the ridiculous executive who thought this was a brilliant idea, who would be just as annoyed and put off as I am if he went to a restaurant and had to ask for ketchup 2 or 3 times durning a meal. I came to eat not to hound your employees for ketchup.

I’ve done drive up orders a few times now. Ive literally sat and watched the drive through fill up twice and am still sitting here. Its such a waste of time. If youre not going to bring the food out in a reasonable time why offer drive up.

The pictures kinda say it all. I let them know about the bubbly ketchup and the manager said “oh yeah, that probably needs to be changed. “ during my visit no one came and changed it. The fries were not even warm, and my burger, as you can see, wasn’t warm enough to even slightly melt my cheese. It was 11am when I visited. They had the lights off, I suppose to make people think the dining room was closed. The lobby trash was full, the floor under my table was sticky and had trash under it. There were plenty of workers, but even the simple things weren’t done. Poor example of how a McDonald’s should be run.

Ordered prior to 1030 was siting in driveway through line after waiting pull up to window was told its pass 1030 we dont do breakfast. I said I want cash back now so I can go elsewhere they said they issued refund I informed them that so how am I supposed to eat when they have my money. They told me they have nothing to do with the app but yet at location they tell me contact app have to use app. 1hr later and I still dont have any indication of refund and have no food. If I couldn’t get something why was it an option.

Pretty nice up to date McDonalds. They have self service terminals, which are a nice addition to fast food restaurants these days. The inside also has a “custom” appearance for the city and state, which helps to make it feel a bit more personable.
The service was fairly slow the day I went, and the soda machine was a bit flat. Not terrible things, but it’s a bit of a bummer.

My favorite sandwich is the Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and for some reason this place only sells the sausage biscuit with egg and does not include it on the $3 sandwich coupon on the app but everywhere else does that I’ve seen. So if you want a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, youll have to pay an additional 99 cents for cheese and cant use a coupon. Seems silly to me. Idk why this sandwich is so difficult to get here
