Me and my family stopped in for lunch and we are absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the service and quality of the food. They forgot a 2 dollar upgrade on my mother’s fish fillet and then we proceeded to find a deep fried fly on the apple pie. The only reason we give a 1 star for service is because they at least were quick to fix the sandwich and quick to process the refund the pies and were kind about doing so.

Consistently poor service at this location. It does not live up to the “fast food” standard. With as long as we had to wait (~20 min) we should have been given higher quality food, lol. To top it off, they messed up the order. Staff not customer service conscious, and seem poorly trained. They posted a hand written note on the entrances informing their lobby was going to be closed about 4 hours before typical closing time. Just very weird. Skip this location.

Watch the cleaning person. Wipe window seal with dead flies and bugs the wipe tables followed by inside of garbage stainless surface and then finally wiping more tables. Really get some different wash cloths. Cost vs value is getting out of control.

We stopped this evening and wish we hadn’t. This was the worst visit we’ve ever had at a McDonalds anywhere. The bathroom was a mess, the fries were terrible, the bacon cheeseburger we ordered didn’t have bacon or cheese on it, and we waited 23 minutes to get our food. There were at least 6 workers in the restaurant, so they were not horribly short staffed.
