This McDonald’s location has always been my ‘go-to’ choice if we go to McDonald’s in Fond du Lac. This time we went because we wanted the K-pop BTS happy meal toys to collect. We bought 6 Happy Meals and only got 2 different characters out of the 6 meals. 🙁
Getting all the BTS members would have been awesome, but they are also hidden in a box where employees cannot see. We received JungKook and Suga from this location! The staff were super nice and helpful to us. Offering us extra carrying bags and drink holders. Always happy with this location! Thank you McDonald’s staff!

We took our grandkids here on New Year’s Eve and usually im pretty easy going about these places….but this time however, all i can say is I was LESS THAN IMPRESSED. dirty tables and bathrooms. Condiment area was filthy took photos but it wont let me send them >:( and the worst part is there were several staff( kids) just standing around.
3 non staff whom I can only assume we’re paying customer kids were pushing and shoving each other around acting like idiots and no one said a word. Pathetic.
Please don’t get me started on the ice cold food that managed to come out 2 minutes after ordering.absolutely ridiculous.
Get some decent staff who half ass care about thier job!

This place was filthy. No one had wiped off the tables, chairs, around the soda dispenser or ketchup dispenser. I arrived between 6 and 6:30 PM. It was not busy. I also saw 2 bugs crawling on the floor. Yuck.

This McDonald’s disappoints with customer service. We always have to check our bag when we before we leave. We should have had 4 BBQ sauces. There were nine in the bag. Let them know it was missing. The response was to frown with an eye roll and act like we were lying. I would have been happy to hand the bag back to her so she could check. She gave me two sauces and honestly I didn’t care to waste my time so we left without getting the rest of our sauce.

Kudos to Tammy! Not only was she sweet when we were ordering but checked to see if everything was good. We were about done going to McDonald’s because of the poor service but we’ll be back to this one!

My favorite McDonald’s! Service is great. Food is hot and fresh. Drive-thru moves well. Counter was staffed. Kiosks aren’t too difficult to use. Not sure how to use a coupon, or if I earned points in the app.

Fries had to much salt. Manager with a blue shirt had the worst attitude as if he didn’t want to be at work. Throwing customers items in the bag not to mention he decided to comb his sweating head and instead of going to wash his hand decides to wipe his hands on his shirt and continue to serving food
