I want to say a big thank you to the women working the drive thru today. I had just gotten some bad news and stopped for lunch. The woman at the first window said she hoped something good would happen for me today and I’m not sure why but it made me tear up. By the time I got to the second window I will full on crying but the girl was so kind to me. I appreciated their kindness so much. Thank you for people wonderful people

My parents and I were picking up food for my siblings. The person taking our order was horrible. They proceeded to have us repeat our order over and over again. They then claimed we were going too fast for them to understand, when all we said was we wanted a cheeseburger. Before we confirmed our order, they confirmed it for us and didn’t add the 3 medium fries we wanted. We tried to get their attention but were told to “add” more at the window. When it was essentially their fault for not confirming that we said 3 medium fries. I ordered from this McDonald’s multiple times and have not had a problem until today. It was disappointing as a customer.

Come to this location quit often and have never had such a horrible experience. The guy couldn’t figure out our order what so ever and we ordered directly off the menu no changes to the food. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times and he still got it wrong. When got to the window to pay, the guy wasn’t there. When he did show up he just took the card, gave it back and walked away without saying anything. When asking for a receipt the guy at the next window was absolutely no help.

Staff was great. I only use the drive-thru. But they are efficient, polite, and more than competent. I would definitely recommend this location

NEVER USUNG THEIR MOBILE APP AGAIN! left empty handed
i went on to order food and it was showing breakfast.. so i order a biscuit meal & coffee for curbside pickup. it tells me the order is ready, and when i get there i enter the number. then it says to go through drive through or counter to pick up… sometimes this happens and u can still pick up ur food. but today the drive through lady just kept repeating we’re done serving breakfast… like okay?.. she didn’t offer any solutions.. just drove off and said whatever! …usually great but the app glitches out and i’m done with the inconvenience 🙂 had i had known they were serving lunch … i would’ve be ordered lunch 🙂

My 12 yr old daughter went on the drive thru on her bike and was rudely told that she could not be there on a bike and if she doesn’t leave within 30 seconds that they would call the cops on her! As a mom, this upsets me. How is a 12 year old supposed to know bike was not aloud on the drive thru? I am disgusted by how this employee handled this. She could have just told her nicely and not scare a 12 year old innocent girl who just wanted some food! Disgusting attitude! I hope the owner of this franchise can read this. And oh, my son happened to catch this encounter on video!

I do curbside pickup for this order every time I come here sometimes before work, but seems like they don’t know how to read or what. I always order the same spicy sandwich and sometimes with extra sauce, but they somehow always mess it up as a deluxe in which they add lettuce and tomatoes.

Place is so gross every time I’ve gotten food here it’s never made right there’s always something wrong with my order, for over 2 years it still runs horribly I feel like no one is training the employees right don’t waste your money on this location go to the one on northland. I don’t eat McDonalds much anymore I decided to get some today and my chicken wasn’t even cooked it was slimy and pink.
