Both mine and my daughters burgers were very wrong and the fries were cold. When you’re specific about your order, like no onions, no pickle, and no lettuce, for example, you expect to not have them on your food. I cannot eat a burger if onion has been on it. And I really don’t want to have to check my food to make sure that it is made correctly before I leave. Especially when it’s late and I’m tired.

I am visiting from Hawaii. Placed order with app. Food was ok. The girl helping us didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. I added a shake with my order realized it had whip cream on. Asked if the can take off. I thought she would just remove the cream. She angrily threw it in the trash. Wow. I will not go back to that location. Aloha.

Atrocious ….. only person there they managed to screw up a bacon quarter with cheese somehow so I went back around had another one made as they forgot half the ingredients…. get the second one made its half frozen and still pink inside …. I have no clue what’s going here but it has to change.. McDonald’s is the easiest job to exist please figure it out

Sitting in the drive thru for over 5 minutes being told repeatedly just a moment, ill be right with you. No one else in the drive thru! Then sit another 3 minutes waiting to pay. Just to have my order nearly thrown at me. Nope

Ordered two double cheese burgers and a fry and it was a online order and the put it out for pick up and didn’t put the fry in the bag . It was snowing like crazy so wasn’t going to go back . We where traveling though on the way to the airport in Minneapolis

It seems closed due to covid (drive through open)? But they’ll take your money through the gate? But you have to ask for them to come to the register? Very confusing and staff isn’t adapting well (it would be an adjustment for sure). Better process and signs would be greatly appreciated.

Expect this to happen. Missing egg, missing patties, hit and miss fries. A location like this needs clear packaging so you can actually see the contents of the bag. Typically wouldn’t be that big of an issue but it’s happened too frequently.
