This location is on a Greyhound bus route. They know about it to. After starving on a bus for 2 days I wanted some food. THEY REFUSED OUR ENTRY BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE ON STAFF. Even though they are fully aware about this bus route. Location was open, but locked to us. I had been looking forward to eating here for hours. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS MADE ME WANT TO BOYCOTT MCDONALD’S COMPLETELY. I will never eat at ANY McDonald’s again, thanks to this. There were only 6 of us that wanted food, not the whole bus. Shameful business practice, McDonald’s. Shame.

What kind of person would go into a business 5 minutes before they close? I’m talking to you JASON LYNN people like you are the reason why people hate their lives, because being around such a miserable and selfish person is draining. Who in their right mind expects to go in a restaurant, order food, wait for the food to be made, and walk out in 5 minutes??? The workers are NOT superheroes, they are humans who have lives. And, considering you wrote that disgrace of a review, I can’t imagine you were polite to talk to. Be better.

Got here for a quick breakfast while me and my brother in law were on our way to Chicago from MN. The place looked very tidy and there were probably couple of more customers other than us. We made our orders of one plate of hot cakes, a MC egg burger(without meat) and a coffee to the waitress and waited around. Our order was called out and we gathered our plate to a nearby table.
My bro in law opened up his wrapper and found that it still had beacon or some meat in it and took it back to the waitress. She apologized and got back with a new burger without meat. As we ate along, we realized that our coffee wasn’t served. He went back to the waitress again and again she apologized and got him his coffee.
We would have understood it, had it been a crowded time but it was not and that was what frustrating. Again, one waitress cannot determine a restaurant’s standard holistically but we only had our experience for once and that wasn’t great!
*Be mindful of what you put on your plate. Don’t waste your food!*

Why have all the lights on and advertise you are open until 11 if you are going to cut corners and turn people away at 1055? Why not have your hours say you are open until 1055? Your staff cant be that anxious to leave, are they?

My husband just opened his sandwich and seen his bun was messed up so he went to fix it and seen the top patty looks half missing. We ordered threw Grubhub delivery person was nice did everything we asked. McDonald is just going down hill

I have driven 2 hours to eat at this location instead of others. The food at other mcd’s pale in comparison to this one. Not to mention how clean this location is both inside and out. Every time I go here(which is often) I have an amazing experience with the workers, who provided me with a free meal once or twice thanks to a McDonald’s app bug. This McDonald’s is not just a restaurant, it’s an experience.

We placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:20 and were told we couldn’t have it even though we were there before 10:30. We were also told that we wouldn’t get money back until a few days later. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be coming back .
