Drove through at the end-of-breakfast rush just before 10:30, but staff was quick and efficient, handling cars and sending them to parking spots to keep the line moving fairly for everyone. Still only had to wait about 2 minutes for second half of my order. Very impressed.

I used the drive-thru at 6:50 a.m. on November 6th. I ordered a bagel and a hash brown and Julia gave me my order total without allowing me to order any other food. She didn’t ask me if that completed my order. She just rushed me forward like I was an inconvenience to her. I was supposed to be ordering for six people. The other McDonald’s will have to get my order because I’m not going through the drive-thru again. Someone needs to coach Julia in drive-thru and remind her that without customers you don’t have a paycheck. Customers are the reason you’re there.

It seems like you always have to wait for the food. The parking lot is unusual. Make sure you check your bag on to go stuff. We have been shorted. They don’t like to put Napkins in. I like the old one better. It had better traffic flow on the inside. March 2020. Service is still the same. Slow. The restaurant was very clean and the staff friendly.

Awful customer service. Took 25 minutes and I had to bring my receipt up to them because they lost the order. No acknowledgement on how long you this took. Still took 15 more minutes to get food. Missing an item also. Then brought the cup so I could fill it. For some reason they always forget the soda also. Again no acknowledgement on how long this took and that I had to go to them to fix the issue. Food was cold also. Not sure how it can be late and cold. Should be hot

Order pick up on McDonalds app forgets sides for my breakfast and the orange juice just tasted like water they said that they cant refund a pick up order how is that possible? I didn’t order delivery it was a pick up and the app said to call the store for a refund and they refused to give me one

a lot of missing items. 3 large fries, 1 medium fries, 1 large diet coke and 1 medium sprite. called the store directly. the staff who I spoke with on the phone did not even apologize for missing half of my order. only said “well you can either cone pick it up or we can send a coupon”. A COUPON. Just one coupon? excuse me. I told her that I doordashed for a reason and those coupon never gets mailed out. her last response to me was “well that’s all i can do for you”

cashier gave attitude and they where sitting around for a good 5 minutes doing nothing before taking my order then after taking my order they where still sitting around doing nothing and finally made my order, the caramel frappe i ordered was really watered down too
