Food was gross, nuggets were stale and felt like they were sitting out for a hot minute, same with the fries which came cold. McDouble was good though. Lady at the speaker doesn’t speak much at all which made things pretty confusing when ordering.

Good hot fast bite for lunch. Sandwiches made exactly how I like them with plenty of fresh toppings and they were very fresh and the meat was well cooked and hot. Fries were hot and not overly salty. Normally not a choice for me for lunch but this was close and when time is crunched and people are hungry McDonald’s fills that void. Using the app saves money for smartphone users and is worth the download because you get points to redeem for free items. Definitely recommend the EauClaire Hastings Way McDonald’s for lunch or when you need a quick bite. Friendly staff as well makes it even better!

I dont leave good reviews on Google, I know I only come here on google because a manager didnt make it right…. WHY WAS MY QUARTER POUNDER SO AMAZING TONIGHT!?!?! I WANT ANSWERS!!!! The food for the most part was good service is lousy. Service has been lousy since covid. Inside dining is is terrible no matter what location I go too the lobby’s are always dirty. To top it all off I find out courtesy corp locations in my area do not have the holiday pie. I don’t want to see it advertised on TV if it isn’t actually here. Also I wanted to try the Grinch meal but they are out of that to. I mean seriously why do people not care anymore since COVID?

Service is decent here, in person. The doordash menu is very limited for this location though. Recommend you manually change the location in the app to the Mccdonalds off clairemont for a better selection if you are using doordash. Also there is the matter of window confusion. More than once I was told I pulled to the wrong window after paying at the first window. However the lady who took my money never specified which window I should pull too.

I thought they could get a simple sandwich order right. Nope. I ordered a 1/4pounder with cheese dressed like a big Mac they thought i was speaking in a foreign language I think. Then forgot the lettuce. Little frustrating.

Did a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving to the store and waited another 10 minutes at the store? Why would I do a mobile order and not expect my food to be ready? Might as well went through drive through. I would have gotten my food faster and would be less upset.

Waited 10 minutes for my order, the staff gave it to someone else lol…I have had the worst experience with any mcdonalds throughout Wisconsin. This is the second time in a month I have asked for a refund, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and left hungry to go somewhere else/just go home and cook. I will not eat McDonald’s nor will I get it for anyone, for the rest of my existence. Forever dead to me.

Was ordering take out and was missing a happy meal so I called and Kathy their said that she was going to send me coupons for a free happy meal. 15 day later I call because I have yet to get my coupons through the mail the worker said that I was not on the coupons list and then said that I said a bad word to Kathy even that I didn’t and then the worker rudely hanged up and never got my coupons and also Kathy I didn’t say a bad word to you
