I moved here a couple of months ago from somewhere, where McDonald’s employees didn’t care about their jobs at all. I was so impressed by the quality of the food and customer service here, until recently. If I go to the drive through the food and service continue to be great,however if I order through door dash there’s a vast difference. The first time I got a RAW burger. I called just to let the restaurant know about it, and they girl that answered the phone decided to argue with me, it was not a peak time and I wasn’t complaining. The next time I got a fish sandwich with no tartar sauce. Please let your employees know that just because it’s a door dash order the same quality should be there.

Ive sent,called,emailed,escalated to PR and customer service corp over issue and I have been ignore over 60 times! They will charge you and not provide what you are charged and then literally repeat themselves over and over and over as if they are robots. They dont care to resolve a thing! I emailed mcdonalds own customer service line to escalate thinking this would be simple enough which was just as bad. They cant even communicate , they paste same response over and over that keeps asking for same info which ive provided over 20 times. I escalated to mcdonalds PR dept who has chosen to ignore completely, how ironic. Take your business to BK, Culvers,Arby’s and avoid McDonalds at all costs. Only determination I can make is they are scamming people on purpose. They dont care about customers at all. Ive never been treated like this anywhere and Ive been kind. Mistakes happen but its obvious this was intentional to maximize profits by scamming customers out of their money. 60 times is enough attempts to rectify and McDonalds including corporate doesnt care.They chose to discard me and avoid the situation. Ill pay more money to know im not getting scammed.

Took my grandson for a happy meal to eat inside. The worker was polite but the inside temp had to be in the low 60s. Our food was cold! The fries and nuggets. The pop machine was out of ice. This place us so uncomfortable to be in with their stool hard seats and freezing temps. You would at least think they could mange warm fresh foid since we were the only inside customers.

Shining floors, happy employees, in a brand new store. This McDonald’s was very modern with several kiosks. Unfortunately, no drink refill machines out in the dining area. Perhaps you need to ask. We skipped the refills this time. It was so new there weren’t very many customers, but this is only the beginning!

I got my husband and I a quick breakfast, but I couldn’t even eat it nicely because my sandwich was all screwed up. Seems like every time I get something from this McDonald’s it’s like someone got into a fist fight with my sandwich and I have to reassemble it. It’s getting annoying. Now my sandwich is messy and soggy. So that’s nice :). Not very happy.

Stopped this morning for some breakfast, when we pulled up to the pay window the women was extremely rude. She was an older women and did not have our order pulled up and when she has to re put in our order she was so rude and had such an attitude towards us. This is the second or third time we’ve come across this women at the pay window and she is just down right rude and has no customer service.
