I went to mcdonald’s for breakfast and i order a sausage McMuffin sub the sausage for Canadian bacon and they gave me regular back and this is like the 3rd time this has happened and the guy in the morning who takes my order is very rude and has poor customer service

Arcadia store. Went in for dinner before heading home to Onalaska. Yes it was busy, but there was plenty of opportunity to have someone make a run through the lobby. This was just the drink tower, the trash was overflowing. The overall feel of the store seemed dirty, actually stopped some where else to use the restroom. The food was ok, tried the new bacon fries. I thought it would be better from the advertisement seen on TV, but it was lacking the cheese. Seemed like it was a teaspoon. Would I go back to this location, yes but I would try a different time frame to see if it is any better.

Still dealing with the drive thru. Ya seem to order one thing and they give you something else. My wife ordered a 4a, yes a number 4 a, we got two pieces of burnt bread and an over cooked piece of something that was supposed to be chicken and a pickle. My wife was not a happy person and niether was I. Just shy of $50 for 4 people. They are still disgusting.

Literally couldn’t even order because the people staffing the drive through were too busy talking to each other rather than take our order. HEADS UP, your mic was on and we could hear you. Also, thank you for yelling at us as we drove away after we told you we could hear you ignoring us.

The person who took our order was extremely rude. He wouldn’t let us finish what we were telling him before he would interrupt us. He also wouldn’t listen very good at all and when talking to us he had the worst attitude and continued to mess up our order. That is not good customer service at all. The guy at the first window was very respectful and had great attitude and fixed our order for us. Food was also hot.
