this review is based on the last three months i have been stopping there or ordering periodically in those 3 months i have eaten there 12 times which was 8 times to many, where to start
yes i know its a fast food chain, yes i know its unhealthy, all that aside, service is always horrendous idk if im just the unlucky one based on some other reviews or if people are delusional, i ordered food 5 minutes after breakfast ended and lunch was starting, how the heck are your fries already soggy and flavorless, lets be real here 5 minutes is not enough time for fries to go soggy, the food is never prepared right and there is always stuff i asked to be taken off still on and that’s even if i get the correct order to begin with i have ordered a double quarter pounder and received a McChicken, no pickles does not mean extra pickles, and why is the hot honey chicken neither hot or have a honey flavor, the 5 star reviews are probably parents of the teens working there.
not a single order has ever been correct but not worth the hassle of going in and waiting even longer when typical wait times are 10-20 minutes. last time i checked this was fast food, if i had time or wanted to wait 20 minutes there is far healthier options for the SAME PRICE that i would go sit down at, mcdonalds is when its been a long day or on the road and neither reason do you want to wait 20 minutes or longer. i will be back to not giving business to this location.

Our order was correct and hot. The first window service was friendly but the second window didn’t even say a word and just handed us our bag which felt strange. We do visit periodically and have never had issues.

Employees need to be trained to have customers with large drive thru orders park and take orders to them when complete. It is common for lines to be backed up around the building while waiting for someone’s order to be filled. This is a common experience at this location.

So once agian i am here at the McDonald’s here I tomahawk wi. And I have been standing upfront for over 15mins now. Mind u im the only one here inside. Not 1 person out of the 6 people behind the counter has acknowledged me! They seen me standing here. This is insane and something needs to be done about this!!! Its literally not that busy at all. This is insane!!!

This place decided to clean their frappe machine during BREAKFAST. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Bland customer service. I’ll never come back here and it’s all because I find it totally idiotic to clean a coffee machine during breakfast. Am I petty? Ya. The food was really good tho. Hats off to the cook.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. There is no consistency at this McDonald’s and you play “russian roulette” with whether or not your order will be correct, fresh or even edible for that matter. For example: the quarter pounders are supposed to be made fresh to order, however the one I just got had obviously been cooked waaaay ahead of time and not at the time I placed my order. The beef patty was all dried out and barely warm. I used curbside pickup, but I highly doubt they would have tried to pass off a poorly made sandwich to me had I gone inside to order and dine in. I shouldn’t have dine in the restaurant to guarantee my order is prepared fresh and made correctly. If could give this McDonald’s no stars I would, but Google requires you to at least rate it a star, which it doesn’t even deserve, and that’s saying alot.
