Went through drive thru, food came out hot just greasy. Kids meals were good to.

Their service is extremely poor, they always forget sauces and when you go back in the restaurant and ask for the sauces and show them the receipt, they catch an attitude and still takes them forever to give sauces that I paid for. And yesterday I went to the drive through and took 15-20 mins just to get to the menu board, and there was only 3 cars in front of us, and 2 of them left cause they couldn’t wait, and they were not busy in lobby. So idk what they are doing back in there, but they need to step their game up. And the food was okay, the buns were a little stale and kinda just thrown together badly but the taste was a good 6.5/10.

Absolutely horrible service. Took 3 kids in, waited for a half hour for our food to come out, not to mention cold and made wrong! Manager with lip piercing was rude. There were Atleast 6-8 workers standing up front just standing there. So not sure why I waited a half hour and then got cold and wrong food. Not impressed. Atleast impressed I got a full refund.

I ordered a Medium Macchiato earlier today, around 8am. They handed me this and didn’t even pay attention to the size until I got to work. I ordered Medium and they gave me a small cup. I was a little annoyed but I didn’t make a big deal, work got busy and wasn’t able to sip until 9, and it was a black coffee.

I ordered an iced caramel mocha and got a large one and there is no ice in it. It looks as if it was made by accident and sitting out on the counter for hours before handing it to us. The whip cream filled the 1/4 of the cup up and the drink tastes like plain milk.
