I know it was busy today 11/8/2025, but I waited almost 20 minutes for my food to be dropped at the counter and when I bit into my burger I couldn’t believe how mushy it was. I looked at it and realized it was 95% pink. Looked like it saw a grill for 15 seconds and was thrown on a bun. Of course didn’t finish it. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Do NOT come here for dinner. Breakfast is great, lunch is great. Dinner tho, dinner cannot read a ticket. Dinner employees put onions on a burger with onion allergens. Dinner gives you 1 out of 2 fries and its a medium instead of a large. Dinner employees need to be spoken to about why they get paid 15 an hour but cannot read NO ONION

It’s the only mcdonalds on my side of town. Staff is decent but everyone knows the GM isn’t the nicest.
80% chance you’ll be pulled up to wait.
20% chance they lose your ticket
100% chance they wont have 2 apple pies even tho they have a 2for deal.
Otherwise not bad. I’ve been to worse mcdonalds. The food here is never nasty!

We went in for a nice breakfast this Sunday morning. We went in and ordered at 9:46. We did not receive our food until 10:30. Almost 45 minutes later. Meanwhile there are people ordering to go orders at the kiosk and receiving their food within 10 minutes. Extremely disappointing experience. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes for food I would have went to a fine dining restaurant. At least I could have gotten my coffee while I waited.

Always good breakfast. They ask for round up for Ronald McDonald house..like all McDonalds should do..their manager is on the ball to have the employees ask customers to help support a good cause! We can all donate a little to help others.

This McDonald’s is easily the worst ran McDonald’s I’ve ever ate at. I’ve gone a handful of times after moving to Stevens point and I have wasted my money every single time. They have forgotten my fries and gave me extra nuggets, they have messed up my burger actually everytime, the soda always tastes like the machine is low, the workers are always rude and I have just never had a good experience from this place. It makes me sad because I LOVE McDonald’s and this place has almost entirely ruined it for me. I’ve tried calling to let them know about my experience but they never answer so I’ve resorted to this review. I REALLY REALLY hope someone important sees this because things need to change if they want happy returning customers. I personally will not be going back unless someone contacts me and tells me things are changing or I get reimbursed in some way for all my wasted money I’ve spent on food I didn’t even order or eat.

Went there 2/14 at 11:45pm and they said they were closed, watch them tell that to 3 cars after us as well. All well the lobby had people in it. Whoever made that decision tonight and anyone who went along with the idea should be fired immediately. U don’t make the hours you go along with them accordingly. Unacceptable as a corporate company.

Update: The area manager contacted me and seems to actually care about the missing items and quality of service. Changing from 1 star to 3 star. At least I can be reimbursed for the missing items.
Every single time I order from this McDonald’s something is missing or wrong. EVERY…SINGLE…TIME. I think the only possible reason it could stay in business is that it’s two blocks from a college.

Absolute terrible experience. Went here with my kids and the girl with purple/pink hair taking our order was being very rude to us. Couldn’t even get a sentence out without her interrupting us. Explained we needed a minute and she didn’t respond. So I explained it once more to her and she yelled “I heard you the first time!”. Once we approached the window and paid she refused to give me and my kids straws for our drinks. I sat in the drive thru and waited for her to come back to the window. She walked by and pointed her fingers at me to drive. I refused. She opened the window and said “WHAT?” And explained we needed the straws. She told us we didn’t need them and I said I would be calling the manager.
