Quick food as long as they get your order right. Good prices when they don’t up charge your meals with things you didn’t ask for. If you try to correct the mistakes, they will insist you said things you never said.

Stopped in for some breakfast on the way home from 4th of July weekend. Ordered $30 worth of food and took about 30 minutes to get it. We had to go ask the cashier where our order was. It was weird because people who ordered after us got their food first. She stated the order was taken off the screen. Definitely no longer “fast food” when it takes almost 30 minutes to get your order.

The Antigo Wisconsin McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s ever. Everytime we go there, we are always disappointed. We have been cheated out of fries, plastic in our burger, and food was not correct. I complained and got 2 coupons for free value meals. We decided to give it one last chance, and went into the restaurant and ordered a Big Mac value meal and a Double Quarter Ponder deluxe value meal. My husband ordered 3 regular hamburgers and a large fry. It took forever to order, and when we received our food, ALL OF IT WAS COLD!!! It was unbelievable. We decided not to complain, we are never going back to that McDonald’s, that is owned my Killian Corp.And you can see that the restaurant is empty, at lunchtime, if that tells you anything. I am so tired of not having good food there. I would give -5 stars if I could. So my advice is, Don’t go to the Antigo McDonald’s, go to Culver’s instead. At least your food will be hot.

Gross Chicken Sandwich, made cold with un cooked batter and snot instead of meat. I did not eat it for fear of food born illness. Lots of great chicken sandwiches out their, this is the worst.

We have a big family, 6 kids to be exact! We live on the opposite side of town than McDonald’s, but nevertheless, whether we go there and eat, or bring it home and eat… The food is NEVER cooked to order !! Either way too much sauce (ketchup/mayo) where it sogs the bread and gets all over you when you eat, or little to no sauce at all! The burgers are usually very dry,and lack seasoning… Far different tasting than any other McDonald’s we have ate at…. In not a good way!!!! Terrible service, long waiting times, missing food over half of the time, rude employees, and disgusting food!!! Pay the extra money and go to culvers or arby’s…. About the only 2 fast food joints in this town with food that tastes as it should!

I live in antigo and this is the place my family and I frequent the most. Whether it just be for a large cup of sprite or for our evening suppers. The fries are always fresh and the workers are always friendly. Great place to eat and it’s in a very convenient location for anybody just passing through.

Over the years this location has gotten worse and worse. Today we stopped in for lunch and used the kiosk because no one came to help us in the front. The machine worked fine but never gave us a receipt, and the staff could not get us one either. After we got home we noticed that we were missing milk. We called and they could not help us because we had no receipt. The person on the phone was also rude to us and said the kiosks are all working fine. Overall, not a good place to eat, at least not nowadays.

I waited 15 minutes for the first car to get their food. I still had someone in front of me so i bailed. Never go to McDicks after 10pm in Antigo …….i saw several workers slowly milling around thru the first window, they seemed to have minimal ambition which ticked me off more.
