During breakfast, every time I go inside to avoid the line, they ignore the customers that haven’t been helped yet for way too long. Different staff, same results each time. I understand it’s busy but having a worker make eye contact with you just to ignore you is a little ridiculous.

You can tell there’s new/different third shift employees. 9/20/25 11:55pm. Drive thru employee is RUDE. It’s clear he hates his job. Why does it take 15 min to even place an order when there is ONE vehicle in front you? They immediately tell you to hold on… why? No one’s here. Not just tonight. Always, lately. Maybe if the little boy handling drive thru spent more time doing his job than he did on his phone it could go smoother – just a thought. This location might be worse than Radisson st. and that’s saying a lot.

Got exactly what I ordered. How ever I feel the prices are way over priced . For example I ordered just 2 cheese burgers was 5 bucks plus. They used to be on the dollar menu! I could list more!!

During my visit today, I was just pretty uncomfortable with the way that the manager or Shift Lead or whatever she is Was sitting there screaming at her employees. One of them forgot to put a sticker on A burger wrapper, and she threw it back at him and yelled at him because he forgot it.

The ypung lady was very helpful even tho I had multiple orders. She even helped me pick a size for my daughter, who’s 4 but was hungry, so we decided on a regular meal rather than a happy meal. Damn my baby has graduated to a big kids meal.

Fraud. Charged me all items, just checked bank, but they sent an order with only drinks, saying all 6 food items were ” unavailable”. Which apparently I s French for “we’re lazy and don’t care”. So you can use the McD app just don’t try to actually get anything to eat and deliberately false charges.

Not only did they mess up my order, the Manager was completely rude. I went inside, Politely said What I got instead of What I ordered. Of course, I carried my bag in with me with my receipt. He snatched my bag and tried digging through it, Politely ask Tim, please don’t put your hands inside my bag as there is food in there that was made correctly. He said we would have to take it and remake it anyways. That wasn’t the point I was getting out what I was getting at was don’t put your hands in a bag that has the correct food in it, I will hand you what is messed up. They made the correct food, and he threw it on the counter for me to grab. The atmosphere was horrible and of all people the manager shouldn’t be a manager
