Ordered five grinch boxes. Got all the way home and realized that two of the boxes had no fries or the shake bags. Also later realized that our big Macs were made incorrectly. Some were missing one of the patties while others had the two patties stuck together. I ended up driving back. I waited several minutes before an employee who was walking back-and-forth, finally came to ask what I needed help with. I spoke with the manager. He was very generous and remade both of my grinch boxes. Not sure if this experience was worth almost $70. Very hesitant to return.

We stayed at Hotel J right next door so are NOT from the area. We decided to walk over there to get a McFlurry. Upon walking in we were greeted with “no, no, no, out. We are closed”. Mind you there are about five young boys in the lobby. Apparently, they closed at 10 and it was 10:01. I understand closing but to be greeted so rudely by a manager was shocking. We are from a big city where no fast food chain closes that early on a weekend so didn’t even think twice about going. She could have been a lot nicer about the one minute after closing. She was just rude.

I go to this McDonald’s often. I get the same sugar free coffee drink almost every time. I order it from the app. It is always ready when I get there and the flavor is consistent. For what I am paying, I couldn’t be happier. When you pay $7 somewhere else, you never know if it will taste like it did last time. The people that work at this location genuinely seem like they like being at work, and enjoy working with each other.

Multiple times have had to “pull ahead” to wait for order. And I understand this is going to happen time to time. But the 2 last times I waited longer than what seemed reasonable. So I got out of my car to “chase my order”. The employee said oh your the 2 double cheese burger? Went and got them from where they were sitting bagged up “which i would assume was for awhile since my food was cold” and gave it to me without an apology. I thought we’ll just having a bad day i guess. Second time basically the same thing but this time got attitude with my food I had to chase down… thats the straw that broke the camels back… wont be back and I recommend going else where until they have some training on working with customers

I wish everything was fine. It is in most areas, but what’s the point of having numbers to take to the table if your food is either left at the counter or if they say the number at the counter for you to go get your food?
Literally this experience, we are the only ones here waiting for food and we must go to the counter to retrieve food. It would be fine if they don’t have you take numbers to your table.

Just got done picking food up from there. Some kid behind the counter stared at me. Left. Came back. Left. Then came back to said hi how’s it going.then left again. All while I was waiting for a to go order. Don’t know the worker. Very awkward. Will not be back.

This place is wrong in every way. Order says they’ll bring it the table. N3ver happened. So lazy, if thats then why do i have to get it. Sauces wrong. Order came bagged wrong. There’s 10 people in the back just talking to each other and not doing anything. I guess you gets these kids who are entitled and this is the service you get.

While the service wasn’t stellar, the food truly stood out. The filet o fish I had was delicious, and the fries were good like McDonald’s fries always are. Every time I’ve been in this McDonald’s it is always nice and clean so that is definitely a positive. The drive through does always tend to be long and slow but that could just be due to me always going at lunch time. Even though the wait was a bit longer than expected, the taste of that delicious filet o fish made up for it. I’ll definitely be back for another even if it means waiting 10-15 minutes in a long drive thru line.

Not sure who was working at 11pm on 1/24/2025, but they should all absolutely be fired. You can clearly tell by their attitude and “effort” they don’t want the job anyways. Thanks for the raw burgers, cold fries and flat soda.

Called to ask if my coffee could be switched after placing a door dash order and only one flavor was displayed, she yelled across the room after speaking over me and said “she’s trying to figure it out” and then hung up on me. rudest call I’ve ever had with a food establishment. Someone needs to teach you how to interact with a customer.
