We ordered a 2 medium strawberry Banana smoothies ,and they gave us 2 small. At first my friend thought it was a new medium size but then I told her that it was not. And I should like to know why they have us 2 small instead of 2 medium.?

They ignore anyone at the counter. I tried to ask a question, one guy stopped, looked at me, and then just walked away. 20 minutes later we finally got someone else’s attention and only then were we able to get our order put through after the order here machine glitched.

I’ve been a regular since last year. I thought that this location was the best compared to the other McDonald’s and so I would always come. Unfortunately this place has been letting me down. Service had been terrible the past months. Today’s the last time I’m coming back. Food has been made wrong and most of the time it’s sloppy; the fries are old and super salty. All I saw was that the workers are stressed out and seem understaff, they use to be more free and happier to work there but idk. Tbh my gut feeling is telling me that something is going on at this location and it ant looking too great. Recommend not coming here ever again.

Selling meat that’s passed expired and should be thrown out my hamburger meat has had to been sitting for at least a good hour. The meat is dry and looks OLD the cheese hasn’t melted at all at my sandwich is cold. Unacceptable

I ordered a No 5 which is a 10 pc with fries and drink. The Fanta is flat tasting and was majority ice and the medium fries has the amount of a small has and less to be honest… thr 10 pc box had only 8 pcs ….. the dip tastes was like expired and separated. I also ordered a Mc double with no onions and no pickles and no mustard …. I got a single patty with barely enough Ketchup…… yeah so non of this meal was correct….. my kid had barely anything for is surprise burger. still had him eat it and gave him a few dry nuggetsThank you MCD… reason #234 why I rarely will go this location … (drive thru 1352)…. And why did the second person talk and respond like they were high?
