We went through the drive thru and while waiting at the window an employee approached us outside our car asking us to ask the window for 2 straws for another customer. Also asking us to order them extra food he failed to bring. We said we did not feel comfortable with that as it is not our job. Yet the employee still insisted we did it. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Because he would not leave us alone.

This place cares more about the kiosk ordering than it does about taking actual money and orders. Stood at the counter patiently waiting as I had my order ready not one employee acknowledged my existence. I do not recommend this location as they have horrible customer service

Love this McDonald’s close to home eat there like once a day well this monopoly game came out I been tying to order all different things on the monopoly food menu and my stuff had not been coming out with the game pieces as the photo was just one of the few , my fries my pop finally have them on there. As a long time McDonald’s CUSTOMER, AM I wrong for rating the store? Now, with SOCIAL MEDIA, there is this option!! I can remember my first order of FRENCH FRIES!! The way in which I eat MY fries has not changed in 45 years!! They are the best part of any FAST FOOD meal in MY opinion! So, now to this restaurant here in Western Wisconsin. Bag Bad Bad, when I look over behind the counter towards the food prep area (fry station), because my order is next. What do I see, the person that took my order (MANAGER), eating a fry of of the bin!! Come on man!! Your the manager, right, you should know better, but!! With social media you can grade a company’s PERFORMANCE!! LOVING IT!! A customer’s it is nice to be able to see what is happening with a particular company/ organization before we DECIDE to spend OUR hard earned form of exchange. Understand i AM not here to hurt anyone/ any business, but give my OPINION, we as customers have that option now. I want what I paid for, otherwise do not advertise tasty food and serve dung. I AM just saying.

Place was clean, the food was good and the people working were nice.
