I sat in the parking lot and ordered the food on the app. I went in and the food was ready about 30 seconds after I stood in front of the counter. The fries were cold. The chicken nuggets were cold and as much as we pay for the french fries at McDonald’s they should be fresh. I was thoroughly disappointed. I won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s, and maybe I won’t go to any McDonald’s for a while.

i have a poor experience time i go and ive been putting off reviewing it bug today i ordered a 4C chicken sandwich and only got half of the bun! they didnt give me the bottom half the staff it generally friendly but there was one that handed me my food and i asked for ranch and the said here i have to close up just take it

Google maps and McDonald’s website both say you are open until 11 pm on Saturdays. I pulled in at 10:30. Lights are all off, I pulled into the drive through and nobody answered. Are you aware your staff is closing up shop early?

Every time you order fries they will be soggy.
Try them the moment they hand you the order & you will noticed they are already bad. Someone at this location needs to be assertive & notice bad food being served.
Simply ask yourself would like eating soggy fries?
Not just once in a while, every time!

Staff is unfriendly in the morning… Sausage McMuffin bread was tough and dry like they pretoasted it and let it sit out for 3 hours after, then decided to use it, I could hardly bite it. Hashbrowns were so cooked through the whole center was just crunchy. Not the soft inside with crunchy outside that you expect. Was not busy either, so you’d think everything could’ve been made fresh. Would not recommend this location.

Every time I come to this McDonalds it’s always terrible. Cold fries. I’ve never had this problem with new Richmond’s McDonald’s. The customer service also needs work. Not greeting customers is not a way to run a business. Called the manager about the food and she couldn’t even say I’m sorry for that. I say let’s get rid of this McDonald’s and put something else in.
