Super slow service inside. People where getting angry! They served 14 vehicles through the drive thru while 8 different customers sat waiting inside. Then this is the 3rd time I order my breakfast sandwich with cheese and of course get charged for the cheese to just not get it. This time I went back in and the box with a cold slice of cheese is what they gave me. The other item is supposed to be the steak egg and cheese bagel. I think the picture doesn’t need to be explained. Horrible service the last 3 times I have come to this location!

I was very disappointed this visit. New management? Staff? Unknown. The food was poor quality. Part of the order was not packed, upon discovery of it missing, oh joy it was still in the hot box 14 minutes later. Chicken was tough. There was absolutely nothing positive. I will probably not return. They were very disorganized in the kitchen, poor dispatch, poor customer interaction and screaming at the alarms because your slow is extremely unprofessional.

Sighhh , waited a really really long time while I quick goty son something before shooting home . About 15 min in line all for cold old frys . On a side note I do believe the gentleman in there was extremely short staffed so I understand.

Stopped in at 10:11pm after placing a mobile order a few minutes prior. They close at 11pm. We got there and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. No cars in front of us, no cars behind us. Nobody spoke to us at the window ever until we had to ask for spoons at the end after waiting so long and hearing nothing from anyone. My McDouble was so wrong it’s laughable. All smashed on one side and no mustard, onions, or Pickles were put on ?? No idea why, I ordered it standard as I like all the toppings. No salt at all on the fries at all. The man who spoke zero words to us tried to walk away without even giving us spoons for our McFlurry’s. Service was painfully slow, food was completely wrong. Do not recommend at all. I work in the food service industry so I really do have compassion. They were nowhere near to closing time though and the food and service was insanely disappointing. Employees don’t seem to care at all and would rather do anything than speak a word to an actual human being.

Absolutely never going back! Sat waiting for someone to take my order while they served lots of vehicles so I finally had to leave to go next door to Burger King and had great service! My Donald’s 1/10 Burger King 10/10!

Never had issues here, whether we go inside or go through the drive thru. The night manager, I wanna say his names is like Charles or something, is always very pleasant and nice, and always fixes any mistakes that happen promptly. Went here for breakfast this morning for breakfast and the lady that helped us was incredibly nice!

I parked my semi in the gravel lot and made a breakfast order on my phone. Then I walked inside by the time I got inside my food was already on the counter. Like less than 2.5 minutes from when I placed my order. That’s insanely fast.

Worst attitude ever by employee and also the manager. Got incorrect order when i went in they ignored the employee tring to infirm them.
Then when i was given the correct order and i double checked i was issued a snart remark that i doubled checked ,you can choose not to believe me or you can come back and work it yourself. I asked for manager and manager was just as snarky saying we are extremely busy i stated tgat not an excuse for being rude. Themanager the stated tgati was rude which i wss not but if asking fir a correct order is rude you need to grt nrw manager if that how they handle vorrection or mistakes
