Incident from today 1/16/26: Horrible customer service. Ordered breakfast through their app and it let me. When my significant other got there, they said we need to cancel the order because it didn’t go through. He was told it was because the phone wasn’t physically there. I’ve ordered on my phone before and had no issues with him grabbing it. Then they said they were cleaning up breakfast and couldn’t reorder it. We were told breakfast now ends at 10 am and that was a new thing since last week. Tell me why the app allowed me to order and charge me then? Went inside and they said the order cancelled itself. It took the money with the transaction pending so I hope it refunds too. The person was very rude and my significant other said he saw someone nodding in and out by the fryers like they were on something. Nothing but problems now. Never used to be like this. I’d happily drive to Fond Du Lac or Beaver Dam just avoid this place. Train your employees how to treat customers please!!!

Really fun play place! Highly recommend for kids
That said, they didn’t do table service even though they said they do on the kiosk. I only knew my order was ready when the worker shouted my number and I had to leave my kids unattended in the play area.

Staff have a “I just work here and don’t care about customer service” attitude. One older man wanted to pay by cash and you’d think he had asked the staff member for her first born! I didn’t get one item on my order and when I went up to the counter it was if I were inconvenienting THEM!
Pick a different Micky D’Souza to go to.

Was waiting for my mobile pick up order and one of the managers yelled at an employee for their bathroom breaks infront of all employees and customers. Thought it was a super inappropriate conversation for a manager to be having infront of others. I wouldn’t want anyone I know working here if it run like this. They also were too busy mismanaging to make sure all the food was put into my bags. They forgot two burgers in my order. Fries were over cooked and so was the chicken. Almost not edible. I don’t normally complain because it’s just McDonald’s but this whole situation was awful

Absolutely one of the most worst franchises ive been too and lived around. Ive previously worked in a franchise and know how it works, such as food change over. However, when the food items are already paid for, and set through the system 40 minutes before the changeover to lunch, I expect to have my food then to be told, “we switched over and cannot make your food, you will grt a refund.”
No other alternatives, coupons, nothing. Waste of my time and money.

Once again I was bamboozled by the medium fry syndicate, you know where you get the same as the large but are actually charged for a large. Especially at this location. Or in other words you get the same amount fries in a different container. If it wasn’t for it being my kids requested meal for his birthday today I wouldn’t have ordered food.

It’s about every time we go I get two ice teas one unsweetened and the other sweetened and I get home and either they are both sweet or unsweet, and the people in the drive through are pretty rude most of the time.

NEVER AGAIN!! Fries were cold and over cooked (that or the oil is old). Sweet tea tasted old and burger was dry. While waiting in line for hot fries, some toothless employee bit my head off because I asked for fresh fries. I will never eat McDonald’s again. EVER.

They got rid of the cold foam on the sprite berry drink. We found out right after we paid for it which was very disappointing. The drink is now ruined and doesn’t taste the same now that the foam is gone. I will never order it again.
