Just went through the drive-thru and I’ve never had a better experience at McDonald’s. My food was fresh, hot and delicious. I ordered a bacon McDouble and the bacon was crispy and cooked to perfection, bun was toasted and it had the most perfect golden crust around the edges, you can tell when the fries have been sitting there too long and I’d say 90/100 times, when I order fries, I end up throwing them away because they’re old and caked in salt. These fries were hot and crispy with the right amount of salt.

As for the service, it was quick, every single employee I interacted with were exceptionally polite. They were all smiling, laughing and I could tell they’re all happy and they feel safe in their working environment which is so important for the sake of food quality and customer satisfaction. Give that manager a raise and recognition, he deserves it.

If I could give a 0 on all I would. I am completely and utterly disgusted with my experience at this location. I recently ordered a burger from McDonald’s, and it turned out to be one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. When I opened the burger it seemed to have some sort of mold or fuzz I wish I knew what it was. It was absolutely disgusting and completely ruined my appetite. To make matters worse, when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they didn’t seem concerned at all and did not even apologize. This was after it took me saying “excuse me” to even get their attention because they kept looking at me and ignoring me. A replacement was made but I had to ask for them to remake it as they just threw it away and did not say a word, but by then, I had lost all trust in the food’s cleanliness. This experience left a terrible impression, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The McDonald’s in Columbus is extremely disappointing. I was there at 1:30 pm on Saturday, August 30th. No customers were in the restaurant. All of the employees in the back were talking between themselves. I ordered a hot fudge sundae on the touch screen since no one was in the front of the store to take my order. The screen said “Please take a tent and be seated. We will promptly bring you your order at your table”.

I sat for 20 minutes. Nothing happened. I went to the front and the employees were still talking. I asked “Is there a problem with my order?”. The employees then broke up and got me my order 20 minutes after I ordered it.

No apology, no free sundae. I am never returning to this Mc Dondald’s.

I put in an order then got the notification it was ready, walked in and no food, all the workers didn’t have a clue about my order, I asked for a refund and they looked at me like I was crazy, they then refused to make my food even tho I had the order details in hand an showed them. It’s also difficult that none of them speak any English, I advise not going here cause the workers are lazy and u might not get your food

Just went through drive thru, worse encounter ever!
Order was not repeated back.
Price was not told.
Got to the last window and still wasn’t told a the amount of the order.
Got home and sandwiches were COLD.
2 of the sandwich’s weren’t made right!
Asked for 2 McChickens with only ketchup, mayo and pickle. But got 2 McChickens with cheese, mayo and pickle.

I placed an article through the drive-thru I ordered a number seven meal I asked everything to be made large everything was done right except number seven is chicken McNuggets I end up getting a number nine and I asked for barbecue sauce I was charged for this. When I called 15 minutes later somebody picks up and then I get this loud squelching noise in my ear not once not twice but three times I tried calling to get this fixed. There was still no answer nor did I speak to anybody that is one of the McDonald’s I stop at on my way to and from Madison or from Watertown. Because of how I was treated and the order not being correct even though the board said that it was right for what I ordered I will never go back to that restaurant again. Really got me was this was only 7:00 at night.

The staff is so friendly. They ran out of smoothies so I got an iced coffee instead and they also gave me a blueberry muffin on the house. Very accommodating nice people. Truly care.

This is a mcdonald’s you should avoid.
I received an incomplete order, and when I called to let them know, the same girl that took my order answered. She sent the call to fax mode and when I called back again later, she did it again!
If you’re going to take a job dealing with the public, you need to get your social skills honed in.
Something tells me I’m not the first customer this kid has disrespected. She probably ate my granddaughters’ happy meal fry and chocolate milk herself!

I stopped in about 8:30 PM on a weeknight. I asked if the fries are fresh. Manager said he’d be happy to make some fresh ones for me. Great customer service.
