I work 2nd shift and I order curbside and pick up my order on my way to work. I usually order a Big Mac or double hamburgers with no cheese only mustard and onions. 70 to 80% of the time my order is wrong. Within the last 3 months I’ve gotten to work and I discover my Big Mac has no meat. I’ve gotten double hamburgers with cheese and ketchup. I’ve gotten my food double burgers a few times with no meat. I’ve gotten my food every possible way wrong. When you complain they tell you since you order through the app you have to complain through the app. I tried but I didn’t feel like wasting any more time trying to figure out how.

Very disappointed. We wanted shakes but they were unavailable cause there was no ice cream for anything and also tried ordering a sprite limeade and they were also out of that as well. So basically never going to the beaver dam mcdonald’s by tower lanes again. Poor on the managers part on keeping everything stocked.

Dine in. Took 10 minutes to get part of the order. Another 10 to get the rest, which wasn’t even correct. “you’re order didn’t pop up on our screen” well it must have because you got the burger with no bun correct. Man. The kids here are uninspired, emothionaless, wearing ear buds. Thanks for reaching out. I imagine you don’t so much care about my experience as you still have subpar ratings.

Terrible experience went there weren’t answering second drive through so I had to wait while 3 cars went through the other side before I could back up and into other side. Then waited for 30 mins while 5 other cars got their food only to not get the right order. Then after all this instead of making it right only gave me 2 meal vouchers for the 2 orders I had like come on now I’m out my food and only get vouchers for what I ordered nothing for such a terrible inconvenience? Extra gas insane time wait and this isn’t the first time it’s happened! Save yourself the pain and go to the better location.
