The AM manager today (Saturday the 14th )and crew were awesome. I had an issue with a mobile order and they went above and beyond to correct it. Even while busy. I’m from out of town but I will look back fondly on this location and crew.

Very friendly staff, the atmosphere is great (You do have the occasional rowdy groups come in). Been going here for about 3 weeks straight and only one order got messed up which they corrected fast and with understanding. The managers and workers are all friendly even when the meal rushes hit.

The sweet tea in the lobby always sucks.
The drive thru side is better cause they go thru more of it. But if you make a mobile order to pick up, they will not make your tea for you, just hand you a cup, and say go drink the old stuff up. Weekend people

We waited half an hour in line to get our food after we had already gotten our drink. Then the guy kept on bringing out all the same exact meals the 10 piece chicken nugget grinch meal and five different cars behind us all got the same exact meal before we did and then when we got it, we didn’t even get the whole thing and our food was all over in our box.

In general the location isn’t bad. Depending on who’s staffed the day you come you are likely to get a medium to good customer service experience but sometimes you can feel like a burden depending on who’s staffed.
Sometimes it’s normal sometimes fast speed.
Tends to be the center place for events so coming over can be packed with college parties.
