December 11th in drive thru at 630

We waited in the drive through lane for awhile. Long enough for him to take 2 other cars orders in the other lane.

Thinking that maybe the buzzer didn’t go off to let him know we were in that lane or that maybe something was up with our side of the lane, I pulled around to let him know that he has skipped us twice and about to a 3rd time. Wasn’t mad at all at this point just a “hey we have been waiting for a bit, can you please take out order after you finish the order you are taking”
He instantly had an attitude and ended up shutting the window in the middle of me talking.

The issue wasn’t him not taking our order in the beginning, it was the attitude he got before we ever even had the chance to speak.

Just left the drive thru. Very busy. The workers were nice. Ordered 2 $6 McDouble meals. One for me, one for my wife. Get home to find no fries and no sauce. Not the end of the world, just frustrating when you pay for something and don’t receive it. Oh well. Can’t act like I won’t be back lol.

Well I gave them 5 stars before for service. But today my bagel was beyond burnt why would they serve this and this is the 3rd time this has happened. This being the worst time…. I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs, the eggs where dry also, so breafast sucked today and I basicly threw money out the window!

Employee PAISLEY tried to justify bad service and rudeness!

I came in through the drive-thru just to order a large Coke and large fry only to get soggy cold fries upon leaving. When I returned and asked for fresh fries please I was simply given more soggy warm fries. When I finally said come on for real can you please drop some fresh fries for me All I got was attitude. So then they made me wait 9 minutes inside for fries that weren’t even super hot and when I said this is taking a little too long I think I just want a refund she immediately said you don’t get your fries then! Like I care! I just want to be out of this terrible restaurant can’t even get fresh fries absolutely unbelievable. Paisley should be fired You don’t talk to customers like that. Justifying why you guys made so many mistakes and took so long that’s absolutely ridiculous. Your generation is all about excuses obviously.

Do not go here late at night. Tonight was the second time I have gone to this location after 9pm and sat at the drive through for 5 minutes just to be told they are close when online and the door says 11pm. This time I saw someone picking up an order inside and someone waiting for food at the second window so I decided to go inside. They were making orders and waited 5 minutes before coming to tell me they were closed. Then why is the door unlocked. Why doesn’t the drive through sign say closed… ridiculous

This McDonald’s I’d probably go to least every time I go to the drive-through most of the time it takes forever in the mornings for them to actually answer if that’s not going on they skip people who were there for a long time someone who was just come there due to the double lane And they’ll skip you like three or four times I get coffee from all different McDonald’s from Madison all the way to Illinois area I have a specific amount of sugar and a specific amount of cream and I can tell when they don’t put the right amount in A lot of employees are lazy and don’t actually put in what is requested. I think the only one who actually does is a Hispanic older gentleman. I grabbed three frappe’s today and it wasn’t even filled up. It was above halfway filled with just a small dot of whipped cream. I have the pictures if requested just about every other McDonald’s in Madison is better than this one

Abysmal service today… normally I get my food without issue but today they didn’t add my food to the menu so I was missing items from the start. After that I tried to fix it at the first window just for them to not even give me my burger. They also gave me the worst fries imaginable

The experience I just had at McDonald’s Monona Drive was horrible. And it was backed by their poor management. First of all they gave me cold food and didn’t even complete my order. I ordered two 10-piece nugget meals mediums with drinks They didn’t even send me the second fry I had to drive back to the store to get it. On top of both of them being cold they offered nothing for compensating for me have to drive back not a cookie and extra fry nothing and so when I got the manager to ask him if they could compensate for me having to come back to get my completed order He told me corporate doesn’t allow that and I said even if you guys make mistakes and he said yep you’ll have to take it up with the GM who’s only here in the mornings and I said wow what if you have mistakes that happen in the evening and he said that’s just how it is and it was such a poor response I will never ever ever go back to McDonald’s on Monona Drive I made a mistake for suggesting that location to begin with I promise you I will never go back What poor customer service.

Outside of building looks well-maintained. I haven’t been inside. The drive through line get be long, but understandable and they have two lanes to order and it’s on a busy road. The woman taking the order is always polite and food and coffee have been well- prepared.
