Absolutely the worst mcds ever i was staying at the children’s hospital so I couldn’t leave i ordered over 50 $ worth (January 24th )and the orders were wrong . I immediately called and been calling every day since. Absolutely trash customer service is trash this store still refuses to answer my calls !!!

Terrible customer service at the McDonald’s on 4500 University Avenue, Madison. I regularly order large fries from this location, and more often than not, the box is not properly filled. Today, I finally decided to call it out and showed the underfilled fries to the staff. Instead of addressing my concern, the so-called “manager” was outright rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His response? “One or two more fries is all that can be added,” followed by a cold and condescending, “Okay, take the refund.” No apology, no courtesy, just a complete lack of respect for customers.
If this is how they treat regular customers, I can only imagine how bad it gets for others. McDonald’s employees have some basic customer service standards, but clearly, this location doesn’t care. Absolutely unacceptable.

Pulled up to the drive through and waited a few minutes and just said “Hello” to get an acknowledgment that they knew I was there. After a few Hellos someone responded rudely saying “yeah, we are here”. I said “sorry, just checking in” and then they responded “no we’re closed, what do you think?”. I acknowledged the rudeness and decided to give up. There wasn’t even a line. They could’ve just told me they’ll be with me when they can…I guess that’s what I’m used to.

Open 24hrs says there store hours AND website… but is closed on a Sunday at 6:30pm. Even the website google maps states their open. They need to stop hiring people with ZERO work ethic.

There is an issue all the time with this place . Either they are out of stuff or it’s broken soda machines. The service is so slow . I usually go to other towns and use there McDonald’s cause ours is so bad.

Don’t go to this place, it supports project 2025 which is bound to screw over everything and everyone.
