They don’t wear gloves when begging the food or box the Fry’s.
And never called out number and there was one person that pull there pants up and beg the Fry’s up without washing there hands and didn’t put gloves on.
and they only put one pickle on the burger.
I work with food and it’s not hard to put gloves on or wash ur hands.

Waited 25 minutes in the lobby on my order of a Big Mac meal This was during the noon to 1 lunch hour. You were short handed I was told and two people called off?? But, the people that were there looked uninterested in helping and just moped around. On sense of urgency to help anyone at all. This used to be considered “fast food”…not anymore 🙁 And on top of it my fries were cold waiting under the heat lamp as I watched for the 25 minutes and my Big Mac was squished. Just awful…..

Usually McDonald’s you know what you’re getting, every single time here we always hope it’ll be better than last time. Somehow everytime is worse than before. If you come here expect an extra 30-35 minutes on even the simplest orders. I’ve tried to DoorDash from here before because I don’t want to wait in line and they’ve told door dashers they “can’t make burgers.” It’s become known as the “bad McDonald’s” from friends family and co-workers. It’s faster to drive across town on the NE side of town and get food and come back home 9 out of 10 times.

i went there earlier tonight and the drivethru guy was super amazing, but i got 2 mcchickens and when i got home they were both completely raw. i tried to call twice, just to let them know so they dont serve anyone else the same raw chicken, but nobody answered either time. ive never really had a bad experience at this mcdonalds before this, but two raw chicken patties is enough for me to not want to eat there again.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this McDonald been doing it for a while now.. I am the type of person that understands when workers are having a bad day etc but this already reached my limit. The service you receive will depend on how the workers day are going. Last time we order breakfast we place the order at 10:30 yes I know their breakfast usually ends at 11:00 so it’s half an hour early, they went ahead and cancel my order no explanation no nothing.

Previous that incident their frappe machine is never working especially at night, and last time I got one my frappe had plastic in it and a blue liquid which I found disgusting..keep in mind that I am pregnant. This is absolutely unacceptable… I could share other experience. Honestly I am not a fan of McDonalds but I get cravings here and there and can’t help it. But for them to do this often is really messed up!

I really do think they lie about their shake machines not working. It’s been a week and apparently they only have vanilla and chocolate shakes. No strawberry shakes. I hope the owner knows about this and if he does he should do something about it. The customer service is horrible. When something is not done right the customer should get a refund or the food redone. Employee took my milkshake from me when I stated I didn’t like it and wanted a strawberry shake.

Just moved to town. But after my 3rd time coming here within a 1-2 months. It takes a super long time thru drive thru, even when there’s no cars lol. Like how? Settles for BK across the street, way faster ‍♂️

Go to any other mcdonalds but here. By the time you get to the other one and get your food, you’d probably still be waiting in line here.
As someone who’s worked at a McDonald’s, whoever is running this place needs to be replaced immediately.

Ordered a large combo and a happy meal, the employee at the window gave us 2 regular sized drinks instead of the large drink and kids drink that I ordered. Common mistake, but yet I was made to look like the bad guy because I mentioned it and showed on my receipt that my drink order was not correct. The employee at the window began to argue with me. He said “give me back the drinks then” and immediately after changed his mind and said “Nevermind I can’t take food back through the window.” I asked how he wanted to handle this, could I pay for another set of drinks? he says “not at this window” I jokingly said “So I got downgraded without asking?” he snaps at me that “the drinks cost the same?”

Great. That wasn’t the point I was trying to get across. The point was not only were they not the correct size, they weren’t the correct drinks at all. I wasn’t going to give my 7 year old a regular sized soda when I had ordered a milk for him. I just wanted the drinks I paid money for. The drinks were not corrected. I got home to find that my large fries were barely filled and my kids fries were dumped all over the inside of his happy meal box. Asking for something that you paid for to be corrected doesn’t need an argument.
