So what happened to my son while getting us breakfast is precisely why my wife and I quit going to this particular McDonalds. He went through the drive through at approximately 9 am to get us all some breakfast. He ordered 2 sausage McMuffins with egg, a sausage McGriddle and 2 sausage biscuits with egg. When he got home and checked the food, one of the biscuits had no egg and the two sausage McMuffins had the “folded” type of egg that they use on their biscuits instead of the round McMuffin type egg you’re supposed to get(see picture) I swear this place has no managerial oversight and if it does they just don’t care about anything.
*edit* I received a response from corporate apologizing for the issue and said they would inform this McDonalds about this issue and I should hear from them. This was over 2 weeks ago and I’ve yet to hear anything back from the store. Further proof that they just don’t care about their customers.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s in the area. Unfortunately it is also one of very few options with a play place, so sometimes we bite the bullet and go anyway with the kids. Food always takes forever, fries are never hot, even when they’re busy, it takes forever to flag someone down to get a refill since they took out the soda machine, play area tables aren’t wiped down nearly often enough. It’s just always a hot mess at this location. Go to make the kids happy, don’t plan on enjoying your own meal.

Nice , quiet, clean…I ordered a coffee and mcgriddle while I waited for the bus. I was very impressed with the lighting and the open , spacious layout of the store. I was sitting next to the trash receptacle and it was spotless and odorless. The only issue i had was a manager kept coming out from the kitchen/office area staring at me as if I was loitering. It made me a tad uncomfortable. Overall I was satisfied with the visit and plan to return.

The food is fine, but you WILL be cut in line at the drive through. The setup for both lanes is awful, as people who are driving around the building can just cut into the outside lane in front of everyone. A few cones stopping that lane from cutting in could easily fix this issue.

Four times I’ve come; four times someone has cut the line.

Wife and I ordered two separate orders. Both orders came out incorrect. There was nobody at the counter to talk to as every employee works in the kitchen until they need to run orders out. They removed the refill machines, so when your kids are thirsty from playing at the playback you can’t get a refill. Again, no workers to help with a refill.

I placed an order through the mobile app. I only ordered two beverages two pies. I waited out in the parking saw for 20 minutes before I confronted one of the employees asking them if they knew where my order was, he had to get a manager she had to ask her staff and then another manager stated it’s sitting right there by the time I got home my food was cold and there was no straws in the bag I received no apology for the inconvenience. Poor service all around would not recommend.

Went to get a simple Diet Coke. Person at the first window was waiting around for minutes before taking my payment after the cars in front of me were gone, which held up the line. After going to the second window for my drink, they handed it to me quickly and apologized for the wait. I didn’t have time to think and put the drink down. After getting on the road, I noticed the ice in the drink was already almost completely melted and the fizz was completely gone. It had obviously been sitting out for a while and should not have been handed to any customer. Very disappointed in the judgement of the employees.

Me and my daughter went there for lunch. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food. When we got our food my Quarter Pounder was under cooked. Went up to get it replaced and the young gentleman didn’t seem to worried and then went and told a manager came back and wrang it in. Then it took another 10 minutes for me to get my replacement. I have worked for McDonald’s before and I never had this happen. Seems to me this place doesn’t care about their costumers and health to their customers.

To the owner: After sitting in your lobby for 45 minutes waiting for a Happy Meal your staff suggested they’re short handed.

Can I give you a piece of advice in running a business?

Pay your people a living wage, treat them with dignity and respect and they won’t call in, they won’t no call no show, and they won’t quit.

What you’re dealing with today is a business model which will not last. Your customer service is terrible, your food is cold, and your staff which does show up is disgruntled.

Soak up that sweet sweet cash while you can because this location is a sinking ship.

If you’ve lost your love for owning fast food restaurants and providing great service you can be proud of while drinking Manhattans at the Country Club, SELL IT.

This location is a direct reflection to your ability to own a business… it’s poor.

UPDATE: Re-ordered after getting refunded by Uber, and ZERO sauces in the bag. Nothing. Happy that the food came, but when you charge for sauce, I should have them. Especially when ordering nuggies.

We ordered on Uber and they didn’t put 9/10 items in the bag for our dinner. Tried to call, it rang the first two times, and then went straight to voicemail after that.
I get its dinner time, I work in the industry, but they did NOTHING to resolve the issue. Didn’t even pick up the phone.
I wouldn’t order from here. Especially online. Stick to Court Street, where they care about their customers and always try to make it right. I will not come here again. Ever.
