This is the worst McDonalds. They charge me for McNugget dipping sauce if you want more than one. I’ve gotten caramel lattes there a couple of times and they just taste like milk with a splash of coffee and lots of sugar.
This location is really convenient, but I no longer consider it a viable option because the food and service are terrible. It’s very poorly managed.
I’ve always gone to drive thru so I can’t tell you whether the place is clean!

The morning person taking orders at drive through window, big guy with glasses, concur with other comments, rude, rushes, not friendly at all, has gotten order wrong several times. At pickup window always wrong in preparing iced coffee with little cream, it is cream with little coffee. See pics. It is a quick grab and go on way to work, but will reconsider in the future.

This is my Remake burger for the first one that was raw. Are you kidding me? Got both burgers in a matter of seconds. Tried calling 5 times after the employee hung up on me after he insisted they checked my burger to assure it was cooked. They then unplugged the phone.
This McDonald’s needs to be shut down.

Customer service was not friendly, they seem to be upset and/or angry. The food was worse then their attitude! McDonald’s is not a cheap place anymore. It sucks when you spend $30 for breakfast the bread tasted stale, the eggs tasted old too. Actually had to spit it out worried about food poisoning…

My 15 year old daughter and her friend were just at this location and she came back horrified. She said that one of the employees made her and her friend feel really uncomfortable as they were sitting down to eat. He kept walking by and they felt uncomfortable the entire time. They also claimed he raised his eyebrows at them. I am absolutely disgusted with this and question ever going back to this location because this is not our first bad experience with this place.

The convenience of this place is astounding to me. I am not going to lie. I do have a love-hate relationship with this particular establishment. As far as the drive-through goes. I hope they can get some service done on the speakers. There have been some days where I have pulled up through the drive-through and ordered a steak bagel. And received a sausage bagel. Something minor like that I’m not gonna go into details and cut down the establishment for. It’s a simple mistake and sometimes I do blame the technology instead of the actual person.
There is a lady who’s there and usually works the drive-through every morning She is a very wonderful person and every time I have encountered her it’s a wonderful experience. I have yet to see her with the frown on her face. She seems to be a model employee. I hope the company is very gracious when it comes to making sure she’s as comfortable as possible.
To expand on the convenience of this place. You literally can come in order from the counter or you can order from a personal kiosk in the middle of the store. Regardless, I can honestly say that I have been there well over 90 times now this year. I have not waited over 15 minutes for my order no matter if the house is full, or if it’s just me.
The food quality in my opinion is great, pertaining to mcDonald’s standards and they have not failed yet, even the sausage bagel that I mentioned earlier was still great. Wasn’t my choice. I might order it in the future now.
All and all If you are looking for an experience with McDonald’s and happened to search this one up and is in question if this is a good one to go to or not I can tell you no matter if it’s morning noon or night. They are on point.

Neighbor warned me to not go here. Should listen. Every time they miss something. $44 order and not get a 10 pc nugget for one meal this time. i am done. I stick to Culver’s for now on. Better quality and almost same cost!!
