Worse customer service ever! Will never go to this location after today! How do you lose a mobile order and try to tell a customer you only have one thing listed for their order, even when you attempt to show your mobile order?? The manager doesn’t take order in this restaurant nor knows how to handle issues that customers have! If you cannot speak with a customer about their order or the issues that are happening in the restaurant, then you shouldn’t be a manager!!! The regular employees run the show in this place and it’s very unprofessional that you say you lost a mobile order and then give the food extremely cold to the customer with their receipt from their mobile order!! On top of it, the fries were supposedly fresh but tasted old! Very disorganized! Disgusting place to go! Never again!

This has been our go to but tonight they failed. Went to pick up a mobile order my daughter placed. The mobile curbside was full so the order was changed to drive thru. Gave them the code the worker said the correct name on the order and we pulled around. At the pickup window they gave us the erong order then the workers talked awhile about us with the window cracked “she changed it from curbside” “I can’t see the order” this went on for a bit and then we finally gave the order verbally to girl #1 at the window. She asked for proof of the order so I waited for my daughter to text it, they asked us to park and come in to show proof as we were holding up the line and they had the food on bags but wanted proof first. We sat for awhile in the mobile pickup and finally had the screenshot of the email receipt as the app wasn’t working. We went back to the pickup window to show girl #1 the receipt she then gave us the food but it was not the size we told her. Girl#2 comes to the window and shared with us they DID find the order and the meals were medium not large like we thought. So they let us sit around nearly a half an hour and never brought the food to us. My husband went in to talk with a manager as this was not our fault, we were treated poorly and the food had sat out that entire time and is cold. After a long discussion they had us bring back in the food, remade it then the manager proceeded to talk about us as we left “they were trying to get free food” “they thought I was gonna give them free food”. No the food was paid for. Seems if a sticker doesn’t print they don’t know how to fill orders. We were there over 45 minutes The app allows you to change the pickup route, don’t have it as an option if you can’t work around it. No compensation for their mess up, no sorry, only make it like they were the victims.

*food seemed to have been microwaved not remade and the chicken sandwich was burned.

Ordered two double cheese burgers and a large fry on the app. Somehow, my order and receipt is given to the person in front of me. We waited while they put my order together again. Finally, get home, and my large fry isn’t even halfway full! Normally, I wouldn’t complain, but that’s some bs, honestly. Especially after waiting for my food to get made again for a mistake made by mcdonalds. Thanks for that!

0 Stars, ordered curbside and wanted to play the monopoly event. I got about 9 things that were supposed to get a token but I didn’t get a single one! Very disappointed. I tried contacting them through phone to verify if they participate in the event but nobody answered, on top of that I had to go in to get a forgotten happy meal that they knew they forgot(had it in hand as soon as I walked in).

The fries was cold. Chicken deluxe was burnt and cheeseburgers was dry and burnt then when I call back up there the manger didn’t speak English good at all. That wasn’t not good at all it turn my stomach. I had puke up bad.

I was waiting for 2 doordashs for an hour. The MANAGER behind the counter is extremely unprofessional and should not be in a management position. The younger Hispanic boys behind the counter were the only ones to help me and seem to hold the place together. They do not care about the customers and are only there because they have to be it seems like. Even after DoorDash called and I called DoorDash they would not remake the order simply because the manager DID NOT WANT TO. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone

I would always come here every once a week or twice. Or maybe even like twice a month. I remember my dad taking me here almost everyday when I was a kid for a simple happy meal. One time, my siblings wanted mcdonalds and me and my mom go over there to get some. Instead of the drive thru, we went inside instead and see a man standing waiting for his food. I simply wait if there was anyone else who could take my order but none. Around 13 minutes later their manger comes in and asks what me and my mom want. We asked for it and it took at least 25 minutes. Doors were closing and the man that had been waiting was able to leave. I was the only one there while my mom was waiting for the car. I had my meal and went home. The fries were dry and hard and chicken nuggets were not good. Usually it would be 10 times better but this was a little down dropping. My siblings didn’t like it. Neither my mom. We took one Mcdonalds from Kenosha and it was better than here. I consider a drive-thru than taking your order inside

There is no worse McDonald’s in the nation. I cant believe people still go here. The staff is rude, the management doesn’t care, and corporate cant be bothered. They are slow, get the order wrong, and generally just dont care. I know this is McDonald’s…….but still.

Second time I have visited this location and the app code is “invalid” even though I can show them it pulled up on the app. Also the second time instead of honoring the offer, they just tell you “tough luck, would you still like anything?” This location and their app in general have started to go downhill.
