Why have curbside if it takes longer than every other method?!

I place my order, at least, 10 minutes before I arrive. I pull into my spot and I’ve waited upwards of almost 10 minutes waiting for my order. Half the time they forget my drink.

I get that good help is hard to come by, but when I see drive through customers, we arrive minutes after me behind a line of cars get their food faster than me, it’s disappointing.

Please do better.

I hate to say my experience was subpar,bas far as the service I received in the drive-thru. My Big Mac sandwich was clearly made with carlessness and haste. I understand the food industry, and how the busy hours can get crazy and stressful, but my BigMac could have been a perfect one if they’d just spent a mere 20 seconds more while making it. It really is very easy to not anyone’s order being visibly noticable that it was thrown together in a massive rush.

If I could leave 0 or negative stars I would!! Complete joke. Did a curbside order now remind you I live 2 minutes away! Food was cold by the time I got home.. why? When the employee came out with 3 orders ( which is fine. No problem) however! Let’s not roll the bag down when it’s 63 degrees and lightly sprinkling. I asked why he didn’t and his response slowly “I didn’t think of it” halfway smirking. I ordered both of my kids the $6 McDouble meal one with tomato and lettuce which is an up charge and the other with tomato and extra pickles again another up charge. Removed ketchup and yet they both come with only ketchup. Didn’t get the bbq sauce or game piece that’s suppose to be on the cup. After spending $30 and this is the outcome and not just this once. I AM DONE with this location!

Not happy at all. I didn’t realize you messed up my order and gave me a seltzer water with a squirt of Dr Pepper syrup. Just do better you guys. Shame on me for not noticing but shame on you for handing out sodas with no flavor.

Super long wait times for very small orders when it’s not even busy. Very disappointing! We even had one order get forgotten. We asked after 10 minutes and they thought they already served it.

Pulled up to the drive-thru on 8/31/25 with 7 minutes left to order breakfast for my family. Barely any cars moving and when I get up to place my order the menu flips and it is exactly 11:00. I kindly said that there seems to be a large hold up and it seems unfair to miss out on breakfast especially after already waiting a short time. She kindly agreed and said it was actually not a problem and took my order. Now 15 minutes after placing my order I get up to the very first window to pay. I’m sorry sir We stop serving breakfast. WHAT?? I told her I did not understand as I was already insured I was getting breakfast. She stated sorry we all make mistakes and it’s not our fault it’s 15 minutes after breakfast. I could not believe it My blood was literally boiling. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of somebody that mattered and asked who the manager was she stated it was her. I asked her for her name she ignored me I asked her for her name again she closed the window. Then she opens the window and asked me to pull aside with no reasoning. I stated that I wanted to talk to the manager and she said she was. Another person appeared in the background and tried some sort of explaining that didn’t make sense. Again asked for her name and she just says Brianna. I always remember employees wearing name tags for reasons like this. So after spending 25 minutes in the drive-thru for breakfast I left with nothing. We definitely won’t be back. I’m sure McDonald’s does not care because if they did they would have things in place to stop these types of problems. Very slow drive-thru and unprofessional management at the very least. I mean seriously if breakfast was not going to be allowed I could have saved 15 minutes of hunger by leaving at that point.

Had to pull forward and wait because they said they were waiting for nuggets. I waited about 10 min. My food came out the nuggets were hot but the 2 orders of fries and 2 big macs were ice cold.

Drive through screen broken, placed a simple order and they couldn’t get that right. Missed half my food. Garbage like all other McDonald’s locations.
