This may be a sign that I should be done going to this location. I have never once received a correct order from this location and generally don’t like posting negative reviews but come on. This visits mistake was all the contents of a Big Mac hust dumped in a box, whatever order.

I went through the drive through, everything seemed fine (the person on head set Took turns going back and forth from the right and left lanes taking orders ) until it became my turn to place my order; three cars on the right line passed and my order still was not taken. So i drove to the first window and told them my order had not been taking yet, she proceeded to take it , i pay and i move to the next window. Then I realized by the receipt My order was placed wrong. they fixed the order but not the refund, the BEC is cheaper than the Steak egg and cheese bagels, and at this point i just wanna leave w my food im over it, when i get home i proceed to eat my bagel and realize the bread is burnt…

This store does not respect or care about their customers. Every time I pick up my order in the drive thru, they have no idea what my order is and need to ask every time. The final straw was this Friday. I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick up on the restaurant. When I arrived, I informed them I had a mobile order and read the code. They asked me what I ordered and I told them. I then waited in line for my food for over 20 minutes. When I finally made it to the window to pick up my food, Colleen, who claimed to be the manager, told me that they are only taking door dash orders. I had already paid for my food via the mobile app, and she said I would have to call for a refund. She agreed to comp my food if I returned the next day. When we returned to pick up our food as promised, they made us pay for our fries. We didn’t get anything comped because McDonalds never reimbursed us for our order. This happened 2 days ago, so I should have my money back by now since she said it would be back within 24 hours. The whole experience was just totally ridiculous and unprofessional. I’m never returning to this location.

This crew needs help, i.e. a strong, competent manager. This is by far THE SLOWEST visit to a McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Things seem very disorganized and chaotic. Kiosk didn’t spit out ticket so I did not have my order number which made knowing whose order was up difficult. The restaurant is not very clean.

Poor customer service. I always do the survey for McDonald and I was going to order the same thing I do every time, get a meal and then the sandwich would be the free one for the survey. She refuse to make a transaction making me not order and loose a sale rather then taking the time to making it right. So much about teaching the staff the correct way. Did not use the BLAST system her eagle as a manager. Please fix , they lost me for this location .

Didnt even get to order properly. Was my first time seeing location so I stopped before work and tried to use McDonald’s app and code was deemed invalid and I was asked to proceed to 2nd windows where cashier kept coming to window and walking away. I was not able to complete order at first so wen I said I wasn’t able to complete my order she proceeded to tell me they cant accommodate me because they were fixing to close. I feel like that’s all she had to say from the beginning and I wouldn’t have wasted my time sitting in the line for 10 minutes. I was also late to work due to inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend going at night. Staffs attitude and customer service was very poor.!!!
