Spent the entirety of my lunch break waiting in line, there were only three cars in front of me in my lunch break is 30 minutes long. Ordered a big Mac meal and my only option for a drink was Coca-Cola. When I received my meal my big Mac was not even lukewarm, it was cold and the buns were facing the wrong way. (seeds on the inside of the burger) Second day in a row I’ve tried this location and believe it or not day one was no better. I will never be returning to this location.

This a not very well kept McDonalds. Bathroom disgusting dirty and smelly. Counter behind order takers a disheveled mess. The mcflurry station drip covered and the extras like mini m&ms spilled around. And the ignored buzzer consaintly ringing. Simply put i was embarrassed for the place. Even the food was barley standard fare. I wonder what going here. Avoid if possible.

Terrible service. Food was cold didn’t get my coffee. Girl just handed me the bag at the drive through. Was expecting my coffee and never came back. Decided it wasn’t worth the trouble and there were 7 cars behind me. Waited 15 minutes for this? North side labor pool sucks

I mean, given the part of town this one is in you can’t really have high expectations but the staff clearly don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t even mix the mcflurries, they just sprinkle a toppings on top and hand it to you. Bad attitude and the food was worse quality than normal.

As you can clearly see on the pictures, this was ordered to NOT have lettuce on it, but they chose to make it however they wanted. Then they wonder why they’re paid the way they are…..On a positive note, the front-end staff and manager on duty was amazingly pleasant.

Every morning the doors for the inside is locked and don’t allow ordering in the inside,might I add quite rude like I’m bothering them when I walk in for a online order pick up.the drive thru line be wrapped around the building and only one order at a time practically.where is the staff?I go to Mayfair location with no problem it’s been almost a year this is happening owners don’t care anymore about the customer service?

Just don’t. Took 30 minutes in the drive thru to get to the window and be told I have to wait longer. Canceled the order and still got charged. Thanks for responding McDonalds, that link is useless, no one reaches out. EVER. I won’t be back.

They have unethical practices at this location…. They take your order in drive thru… have you pay…. Then request for you to give them your receipt at the window for pick up and have you park. So I informed the staff that wasn’t the correct way to serve customers. You cleared our order out the system to look as if you’re meeting the time goal of completing a customers order which is not true then you have a customer wait without informing them there was a delay giving the customer the option to either stay at your location or go to another. Another foul unethical action. I was told my order would take 3 minutes I waited 15 minutes. I have added pictures to confirm all said the time my receipt had to sitting waiting pass 3 minutes to the time I actually got my food. AVOID THIS LOCATION PEOPLE!
