Ordered a med. Quarter pounder meal and a fish sandwich. 5minutes from my destination the fries were so small a could of ate them with a spoon, the fish sandwich was waiting for a buyer because it was hard as a rock, the quarter pounder hardly had any ketchup on it and 2 small onions I was so mad I tossed it in the trash and went to bed. Can back up here tithe next day to tell them, the lady taking my order was looking at me as if I was from outer space had no sympathy so I ordered the same thing as yesterday. After she took my miner she went over and started making fries as I was looking at my food to make sure it was made right I noticed they forgot my fries but by now the lady that took my cash was touching fries with no gloves so I said how you touching fries after touching money? I immediately asked for a refund.

Horrible experience here like 9 out of 10 times. Everytime i try picking up an order, they say their either closed for cleaning or shift changing which would take “5-10 minutes” but end up taking 30 minutes+ with no response at all so i just end up leaving. Food is also almost always cold…stay away from this place!

I had a negative experience at this location a few years ago, but work nearby and figured I would give the benefit of the doubt. Placed my online order at 9:56am, arrived the drive thru line at 10:30, got to the window and was told I would need to cancel my order. I was offered zero resolution and was brushed off immediately, the person working the drive thru was extremely rude and completely unfriendly.

Way too cold inside. Soda all over the floor. Lemonade was mostly water. No milk, no small sodas, one of the orders was incorrect. ( No pickles or cheese) The Mcflurry was really good though. The staff seemed indifferent. Would never go back.

If I can give it zero stars I would. I was waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins and got zero response. This is insane. This happens not just once, it’s happened so many times. Very unacceptable. I know I’m not the only one that can agree to this and that this place is not efficient and needs either new employees or need to be shut down.

Visited this location around 12:45 AM and had a very disappointing experience with the woman who appeared to be the manager working the drive-thru — African-American, shoulder-length black hair, wearing a purple McDonald’s polo. I used a promo code for fries, but they didn’t ring it up. When I went back to explain, she kept insisting we hadn’t ordered fries, even after I showed proof on my phone that the code was redeemed. She refused to honor it and was dismissive the whole time.
To make it worse, I overheard her make an unnecessary comment about our ethnicity while speaking to another employee. When we told her they needed to do better, she replied, “YOU do better,” which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful — especially from someone in a leadership role.
This behavior was unacceptable. I hope it gets addressed because no customer should be treated this way.
