Early Friday morning the place was overwhelmed with huge take out orders. 100 plus sandwiches I overheard. I came in after those orders and had to wait. It took a good 15 to 20 minutes to get my food but what I noticed was how well the staff performed. The owner or leader of the crew handled himself and his staff respectfully. That respect also applied to all that were waiting. He was very attentive to all. He and his staff should be commended. I call it calm under fire! I’m happy to come here often. Kudos.

Waited inside here for 30 minutes for a small order I placed beforehand.. 30 minutes man, 45 minutes since I had ordered on the app. Had to go ask for a third time they clearly just forgot.

Would recommend avoiding getting McNuggets from this location or anything else… something was very wrong with them, like a chemical/ rotten taste.
Yeah I’m just never coming here again, not one time ordering on the app and picking up inside goes well.. expect to be mostly ignored for at least 25-60 minutes. Ppl were friendly tho just clearly untrained.
Reading other reviews.. the taller man managing in street clothes seemed helpful. Guessing he got called in from corporate? Some other guy had his daughter maybe (5 years old) running to and from inside kitchen? I don’t think that legal like at all? Should’ve taken pics and got this place shut down for good.. would save a lot of people from carelessly made “food”.
Highly highly recommend y’all close for two weeks. And train your young staff (although friendly) clearly incompetent. A kind young girl didn’t know how to reprint a receipt yet was working the register?

To pull ahead again. They helped everyone else in the drive through until i was the last car before bringing out my food. I quickly checked my bag and saw They forgot my sandwich. After waiting some more They eventually came back with it – got back home and I realized they managed to get every sauce I ordered incorrect (impressively bad) – lunch here is always amazing service, always an issue with the night shift.

Want to get a happy meal and a large diet around 3:30. The wait took probably 20 minutes in the drive thru and when I went to go pay, the girl tried to hand me the receipt and I said, “No thank you I’m OK!” So she rolled her eyes and threw the receipt out the window and littered.

I had a simple request: a large Diet Coke. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I approached the window, only to be met with stares from the workers inside. It was at least five people, all seated and engrossed in their phones. Most of them had headsets on, so I’m certain they were aware of the beeping sound. This establishment clearly needs a new owner and general manager.

Went inside to order. 1 kiosk was not working. Ordered 2 happy meals (1 cheeseburger & 1 chicken nuggets) and some ice cream. They didnt seem too busy but ended up waiting for over 10 min.
I had ordered ice cream cones but when they handed me my order she said they don’t have ice cream. Instead of offering a refund they gave us cookies.
The food inside the happy meals were terrible. Chicken nuggets were hard and the cheeseburger didnt look done and was cold.
Go to Culvers across the street. Don’t waste your money here

I’m not kidding when I say this. I’ve been to many McDonalds locations nationwide and this is by far the worst one. Unbelievably long wait time (it wasn’t even busy) and had an extra wait on my coffee. I ordered two L with cream, sugar, vanilla syrup, espresso. I don’t think that’s over the top complicated. But getting two black coffees (they’re lucky I like black coffee too) when I paid for extra is ridiculous. That, and my double bacon quarter pounder was missing the bacon, and was pretty much plain. The employees all shuffle around like they’re clueless and don’t want to be there. Whatever these people are getting paid, it’s too much. Getting more than minimum wage for less than minimum skills. Go literally anywhere else

Was waiting on store to order for at least 10 minutes. There was a line of about 6 waiting to order and pay cash. I asked 3 people to help and they just looked and walked away. What looked to be the manager should have taken a hot minute to assist. Instead she said use the kiosk we are busy. Not acceptable. One girl was just roaming around. She would look at the line, smirk, and just walk to the back. Customer service was a zero. Had to leave and go down the road to another location and ordered and received order in less than a minute.

I recently was there and I ended up running out of gas in the drive thru line!! I know , how do you run out of gas? Well I did and the staff were so amazing. They were nice about it and immediately came out help me. They brought me my food and continued to check on me while I waited for my husband. I want to say a BIG thank you for your kindness.
