I went to the drive thru I watched other cars pull up and get there order in both lanes. I was stuck in one lane for 15 minutes while other cars kept going thru the other lane. I ended up waiting in line to pick up the order to make an order. I was able to order but when I got home to eat my my it was warm not hot I live 5 minutes away. The food was terrible I will not be stopping at this location again

Used the mobile app to order a medium coke and a hamburger. Thats it. Just those two things. Placed the order at 10:55am. Arrived at the location at 11:01am. Went through the drive thru, got parked, it happens no problem. Except the current time is 11:24 and Im still parked. A half hour or more wait for a hamburger is absolutely insane. Im about to just leave. Don’t bother with this location. If it takes 30 minutes for a hamburger anything more make sure you’re not on a time schedule.
Im heavily pregnant. Just had a craving, went through drive thru because im still in my pj’s. This location is an absolute joke. If you like being frustrated and ultimately robbed then by all means give it a shot. Otherwise go somewhere else.

Just got robbed at this place. These apple pies are so burnt they are rocks. No one noticed this while putting them in the boxes? Wed end up stopping here twice a month when my kid has late games. Its also right by his school so wed occasionally stop and get 6pc or something. Not anymore. Family of 4, so congrats you just lost at minimum 2 $60 to $70 orders a month.

Went inside to order around 8:30am and it was very busy with drive through as well as inside. A lot of inside and out traffic for pickups. Food was good and got everything I ordered.

I am writing to report a concerning and unsanitary experience my family and I had at the McDonald’s location.
While we were waiting to place our order, we observed an employee assigned to the fry station sweeping the floors and then immediately handling fries without washing his hands or changing gloves. There was no handwashing or sanitation step between sweeping the floor and touching food that was being served to customers.
After noticing this, my spouse addressed the employee and advised that handwashing was necessary before handling food. Although the employee eventually washed his hands multiple times, the situation had already drawn attention from other customers and caused significant discomfort regarding food safety.
Despite placing our order, we ultimately threw the food away and left the restaurant because we did not feel comfortable consuming it. Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this location.
Food safety and proper hygiene are critical, especially in a food service environment. I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed to prevent similar situations in the future.

I don’t eat McDonald’s anymore or the type to order fast food. Decided to order it because my younger siblings wanted the new Grinch box. The wait is ridiculous, waited about 30 minutes to order. After my order they gave me one of our meals and told us to pull up for the other two that someone would come out to hand it to us. We waited like 40 minutes for the other two. My sister went inside and told me they didn’t even make it and completely forgot about us waiting outside. I used to work in fast food so I understand how busy everything gets. But this just shows me how unorganized it is and honestly this is why I don’t like going to any McDonalds at all. Literally order the grinch box but with their regular Big Mac like why does it take that long? I could literally have went to a completely different McDonald’s that would’ve been like 15 minutes away and still have my food come out quicker than this place.

I recently had a disappointing dining experience due to lengthy service times and suboptimal food quality.
Unfortunately, my meal was served cold and was incomplete, with several items missing from my order. I was also surprised by the lack of attention to detail and care exhibited by the staff. I hope that steps will be taken to improve service efficiency and food quality to meet customer expectations.

This location has been in a decline lately. Longer wait time and slower service with even less enthusiasm from some of the staff. For a location this busy they need to hire and train better staff. I was told to pull ahead and my order was totally forgotten. 35 minutes to get drive through food.

Terrible location, rude employees. Ordered a hot fudge sundae and 2 medium waters. They charged for the waters which I thought was weird. They gave me the hot fudge sundae at the window which barely had any hot fudge, maybe half a pump’s worth. I asked if they could put more fudge on the sundae. Girl at the window asked a coworker and they rudely said that would be an extra charge and shut the window. They still hadn’t given the waters I paid for. I sat in my car waiting for them to open the window to give me the waters I paid for. They then gave me 2 small waters and closed the window again. They still haven’t given me a napkins or a spoon for the sundae, So there I sat again, waiting for them to open the window. Eventually they did and again rudely gave me napkins and a spoon. This should’ve been a simple transaction, and they were rude at every turn. Even by McDonald’s standards, this was abysmal customer service.
